Review 1：There was nothing we didn't like at all. The pillows were soft but they even had a pillow menudo you could choose other pillows and they brought them to you.

Review 2：Everything. We were very surprised with the price, our expectations were well and truly met. It ticked all the boxes. We look for free wifi, parking, air con and breakfast. It had all that and at a great price. Highly recommend.

Review 4：We stayed for one night. Perfect price/quality. Good spacious rooms, free WiFi, underground parking with straight access to reception and the parking is free! Decent breakfast, nothing extraordinary, but everything you need. Super friendly and helpful staff - their credit card machine did not work, so took my card details and said that they will charge later. Earned 500 Lufthansa Miles & More miles which was a good bonus.

Review 5：Check in took very long time. Internet was not working on the 1st day.2nd day internet was fine. Difficult to find a parking inside the hotel parking. Due to construction in the front yard, a lot of noose during day time.

Review 10：It is little expensive, but includes free parking and very rich breakfast! As well water is soo soft, and there is bath in a room. Great place to stay

Review 11：Pillows were to flat and too soft. Even the special pillows available on request were not much better. WiFi disconnected several times unexpectedly. A cleaning fee of 15 EUR if you bring your pet is a little over the top if there is no actual cleaning required. The shower room was a little moldy on the ceiling.

Review 13：- electric power cut in our room during our second night between 2 am and 6 am, i.e. no light in a dark bath room - in contrast to our visits in 2008, 2010, 2012 the management has suppressed the sparkling wine for the breakfast buffet - staff was unable to cope with a group of Eastern countries tourists, breakfast buffet has been immediately devoured after renewal, it was exhausting to ask waiters several times and without success for simple things like milk etc... - as Bregenz Opera visitors we came late back in the night - the bar was already closed - cleaning staff tried to enter our room well before the official check out time - complaints at the front desk were just noted, we felt lost as customers

A warehouse is more cozy than the reception hall and the breakfast room has the charm of a factory hall where they put tables and chairs.The room was small, no surface to put anything and the only tiny table was covered with hotel info. TV is very small. Why a "Design" hotel needs a very high old fashioned bathtub is beyond me. Wouldn't a proper shower be better? Check out Holiday Inn in Villach! And what about the "shower-like" faucet at the sink?? The whole experience was uncomfortable. We stayed in these type of hotels before(in Munich and Vienna) and there the so called designer also thought about the practicality in every day use.We were happy, to have only booked one night and were glad to leave the next morning.

Review 56：The full amount of the invoice was taken out of our credit card account many weeks before we stayed in the hotel. I always try to book my travel through Booking.com knowing that I shall not expect to pay before I have been in the hotel, so this was extremely annoying. On making a complaint to the staff, I was told that if we booked through the internet it was slightly cheaper, hence they took payment up front. So while we are sure to stay there again, we shall, unfortunately, not use Booking.com.

Review 57：Helpful and very friendly staff. Lovely hotel, and very well located close to the centre of Dornbirn. We have been regularly before and usually enjoy our stay. Dining room is a special pleasure, and the breakfasts excellent.

Review 58：Reception - when I checked in this hotel, it did not go smooth. They should not use a person who has a poor knowledge, and it should be improved their service. Room - the curtain in the bathroom smelled very terrible (smells tobacco) and the bath towel wasn't smell nice as well. It made me very sick. The hair-dryer did not work (only sounds, but no air came). And I did not feel comfortable because there were too much noise from inside and outside from the hotel. Payment - after I booked this hotel via booking.com, they immediately pulled down the room charge from the credit card account and sent a paid letter to my address. But it should not be paid automatically based on the booking.com rule.
