Review 1：Closed Sunday but not clear until I received email telling me to find the key in a Dropbox. No staff. No dinner. No information. Vague about breakfast - but the breakfast appeared when I realised I had paid for it. Located out of town with no public transport and no obvious taxi into town

Review 8：It's simply overpriced! In Siegen, outside the town, in the middle of nowhere, when you pay more than 92 Euros per night, you get the following: - a room at the top floor (Dach in German) - with two single beds instead of a double bed - a tiny bathroom with leaking shower door and hardly any water coming out of the shower head - 3 tiny pouches of shampoo and shower gel for two people for two nights (making 4 units of shower) - hooks for hanging but no hangers there and hangers in other places not detachable.
Review 9：The room was spacious enough and well equipped. The location is good. There is a bus stop right next to the hotel. However, as we had a car, I didn't check the frequency and the timings of the bus service and how convenient it actually is.
Review 10：I came to the hotel because of the good reviews on this site and I was still pleasantly surprised. I was especially impressed by the quality of the service - very kind and very warm. It is a family managed hotel in the best sense of it.

My party of 8 people arrived at 5pm and had to get keys from an automatic metal box, nobody at all was working in the hotel, no reception and no restaurant. We were all hungry and by chance my basic German and getting a phone no. from the side of a passing taxi enabled us to travel into Siegen and find a good steak house. One of the problems of staying in a family run hotel.
