Review 1：Room service costs more then the food on room service menu.

Review 2：Lovely mid-week spa break with wonderful treatments. Especially enjoyable were Ayurvedic and Thai Massage. I have gained knowledge in both of these therapies myself in India and Thailand and can highly recommend for everyone instead of classical treatments. Perfect location to enjoy walks in surrounding parks and on the beach. Must be amazing although probably very busy throughout the summer. Hotel itself very comfortable. In comparison to other big spa hotels this one feels more intimate. The old, now renovated building adds so much to it. Great service and lovely therapists!

Review 5：At night in my room, a white light kept flashing through the night on the ceiling. The climate-control unit was also a little distracting. I felt additional treatments, such as a massage at EUR 46, were a bit expensive. However, this is still a superb hotel and spa which I heartily recommend.

Review 6：The hotel room and facilities were top-class, I was given a beautiful sea view, and the staff were superb in both the hotel and spa. The bottle of Cava at breakfast was a sweet touch, reminding me of old-style retro glamour.

Review 7：Spa was not impressive at all. The massage was so bad I thought it it would never end and the best moment of it was when it was over. Complete joke but not the good kind!

Review 11：For a weekend leisure trip everything was good - clean room, small but well equipped gym, playroom for kids, breakfast with great selection. For quiet spa you have to pay extra, but their suggested spa rituals and the whole experience was worth the extra money.

Review 12：Went in winter so beach was cold and windy but it's literally right out your back door so I'm sure it's great in summer. And even in the winter, the spa facilities were top notch and staff courteous. Free breakfast in restaurant was one of best I've seen anywhere.

Review 21：There is nothing specific you dislike, simply don`t expect any "wow" effect, and in case you don`t take any massages, don`t see a big point going there. SPA is OK, but fairly overcrowded, but the therapists are very professional and you receive value for money. Oh, and this hotel is family friendly one, so expect to see a lot of babies and kids

Review 23：This is a beautiful hotel with great facilities. the restaurant was very expensive but the menu was limited and the service was average. Once again we found the restaurant staff to be unfriendly.

Review 24：All SPA procedures were booked. Noone explained about Silent SPA, we read about it in brochure, but personell didnt offer it. It was difficult to find SPA complex, which was included in programm, there is no notice, only to Silent Spa. Fire alarm in the room has very bright signal lamp, which was blinking all night and it was not comfortable, as someone was making photo.

Review 26：What a lovely hotel. Clean and beautiful all over. Friendly and skilled staff members, and almost all of them spoke perfect Finnish (which we do not think should really be required but of course a nice bonus). Paid for a superior room but got to stay at a suite for some reason and loved it. Suite 6 was huge, clean, stylishly decorated and an overall positive experience. Breakfast was great. Loved the sparkling wine that went with it. Got a haircut & colour as well and was very pleased with the service as well as the price.

Review 41：This was a second time I had bad service at the hotel's restaurant. Nobody noted us when we sat for an afternoon coffee, and after sitting (in the middle of the restaurant) for 20 minutes we decided to change the restaurant. Last time, after ordering, I had to wait snacks for 45 minutes. At evening dinner, the fish had a lot of scales. In my view, as the prices at the restaurant are high, the food should be of good quality. It is a pity to report these flops, as otherwise the hotel is excellent.

Review 47：Only one thing - the main swimming pool has these metal rods along half of its edge that make up benches to sit on, like a jacuzzi. When the water jets in the jacuzzi are on, you can't see the edges of the rods, and they are VERY sharp! I hit my forehead and have bruises all over. Maybe it's my own fault for not looking better, but, dear management, please consider at least painting them with a bright paint or putting something on the edge so people can see it!

Review 48：The hotel is located in the most famous landmark of the city. Very good decor, everything is in great condition (maybe new?), very helpful staff, nice spa facilities. Try the restaurant for some very interesting combinations of tastes! Although the restaurant is not cheap, it's worth it for a special occasion. We had a room with sea view, a very reasonable size. If I'm ever back in Estonia, I will definitely stay there again!

Review 49：Wifi katkes pidevalt. Spa osa oli üllatavalt kasin, lootsin midagi suuremat. Õuebassein oli lahe aga meeletult madal (50 cm), vist mõeldud ainult lastele. Suures basseinis käisid mullidüüzid mingi imeliku intervalli tagant, parem oleks kui nad koguaeg oleks töötanud.

Review 51：The hotel has great contemporary design, feels really fresh. We stayed at the suite, our two kids had separate room and a terrace with view of the sea, they were thrilled! Swimming area was included in the price, it was perfect for children under 10 (various pools), kids also really liked the breakfast. Definitely recommend the stay for family of 4

Review 52：When we arrived, the room was prepared just for 2 persons, but we booked for 3, but after we asked, the staff was helpful and brought us extra blankets and towels quickly. Recycle bin in the bathroom wasn't emptied from previous guests, but, also, as we mentioned that, hotel staff came quickly to empty that.

Review 53：Hotel was nice and clean. I absolutely loved the design. We had suite with the best view in the hotel and felt very happy about that. It's something - to wake up and see the sea from your bed. We was here for weekend get-away with 12years old child. It's nice that in our suite was 2 TV - one in the bedroom, one in the living room, where kid stayed - so - he wasn't bored. Swimming area also was nice, but as we was with kid and didn't used silent spa, so there was nothing much to do - quickly in and quickly out. Breakfast was good - delicious and with wide choice of food. Porridge tasted like heaven! :) We are very satisfied with our stay here and looking forward to come back in summer.

Review 54：if you are travelling with young children, then tou have to enjoy the Spa somewhere else. Otherwize excellent. If you are travelling without children, then you'll have plenty to do in the hotel.

Review 56：New, beautiful, great location, good breakfast, well thought-out rooms and facilities. Even when staying in March with lets face it, terrible weather, it was still nice for walks on the beach and the indoor spa was great entertainment for kids. Nice spa with very friendly personnel.

Review 57：The spa was lovely but the treatments I had (indian ayurveda massage and chinese foot massage) were actually pretty basic. The breakfast was good but it could have been a bit better, considering the class of this hotel. For example, the pies and other bakings were clearly not self-baked and the fruit juices were made from concentrate.

Review 58：I loved the peaceful location of this hotel. The restoration of the old mud bath house was done in a stylish way; they have managed to combine the old part and the new hotel building well. The rooms were nice, with bathropes and bags to take to the spa with you. Beds were big and comfortable and the rooms were quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. There was a small kids' room and the spa was suitable for kids too. There was a car park just outside the hotel.

Review 59：We ate at restaurant Raimond in two evenings. First in the evening we arrived. The waiter did not seem too keen to serve us and even the food did seem that balanced. The second time was our last evening which happened to be Good Friday and the restaurant was fully booked. Seemed that then there was a different staff present, because our experience foodwise and servicewise was best we had in Pärnu.

Review 60：We stayed at Hedon Spa & Hotel in March/April so we did not take a dip in the sea, but it was easy to imagine how nice it would be to be right at the beach in the summer. It is nice to look at the real seaview from your room window also in the spring. The Hotel is very modern and clean and staff generally very helpful. We stayed with our 2 year old daughter who really enjoyed the simple (free) spa area with a pool for children. I appreciated dipping in the outdoor pool when it was almost minus degrees, but the pool was warmed up.

Review 61：Room was extremely hot and temperature regulation did not work, no chance of getting anything to eat/snack after 10 pm. Spa treatments extremely expensive, at breakfast some dishes were not replaced/refilled after they were finished.

Review 67：The air in the room was extremely dry and we didn't have the air con in the room which was quite frustrating - well if you're like me and my partner who appreciate a slightly cooler room. The general spa area is tiny - on the plus side there were no kids. Glad I went but probably wouldn't book again.

Review 68：The location was great, breakfast lovely (you can't go wrong with a little bit of sparkling wine), the room (especially the bathroom) was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed the Quiet Spa that comes with extra cost - it really was a peaceful experience.

Review 69：The spa that was included in the price of the room was nice but quite small. I chose the hotel because it was listed as having a pool and I was hoping to swim but there was only a jacuzzi which was not really suitable for swimming, although it was of a reasonable size (in the end I went for a swim in the nearby Tervise Paradiis, where you can swim for 6 euros for 1.5 hours). My only other complaint would be that the breakfast was perhaps perfect for a meat-lover but as a vegan I had very limited options and had to bring my own soy milk, olive oil etc. to compensate.

Review 70：My room was in the Superior category and had a balcony towards the sea. The room was beautiful and spacious, had a good desk (I was there to write) and everything I needed. The hotel was beautiful, staff friendly and the wifi worked perfectly. It was wintertime, which meant it was nice and quiet in the hotel and the town.

We had chosen the treatments from the catalogue in out room but there wasn't any when I went to make a reservation. The room for the treatments was not ready, they told us. What a disapointment! Also, a tip for the restaurant: a bistro style lunch menu might be a good idea.

Review 95：Hotel was clean and new. Location was just perfect. Spa was nice but pool outside was too small for swimming. Personnel was friendly, yet not very experienced. Breakfast was very good.

Review 96：Rooms can get hot. You need to ask the front desk for a fan in the room as there is no AC. Staff could smile once or twice.

Review 98：The air at the hotel was quite bad due to bad air-condition. We couldn't expect that there was no air-condition at our room so we had to sleep the balcony door open all night. And that made us wake up early in the morning when they start working outdoor.

Review 99：The hotel was modern and clean and beds were good. It was peaceful there. The spa was suitable for the adults. Location is perfect and can't ask more for breakfast.

Review 102：We had two rooms and in both of them we had problems with air conditioners, they suddenly didn't stay on and there was really hot weather outside. It was quite difficult to explain the problem to the janitor as he spoke only Estonian - and we do not. At last we succeeded to understand each others, and the problem was fixed then in few hours. We were missing separate beach towels.

Review 103：I didn't like the black and white painted doors, was too much. CCV cameras every where, felt like you are really being watched. I work in a harsh environment and I came here for business, so I got what I thought was the best hotel in town because it was a little more expensive, but I thought I would get more. No double bed, no room service,I looked at the work put into the room, it looked B grade workmanship in some spots of the room. There was no laundry service, maybe there was but nothing in english saying so. I work travel and live out of a travel bag for 6 months of every year, and I have stayed in a lot better hotels, that offer so much more for a much much cheaper rate. Feel a bit ripped off. However I have stayed in worse, but didn't pay that much money like I did for the Hedon. Currently staying in another hotel in Parnu, paying a lot less and getting twice as much.
