Review 1：Did not get the Koenigs card on the first day as had to provide the birthday dates and names of each person (but they did not ask by e-mail) so I had to pay for services that are normally covered by the card, overcharged me by 30 Euros (that was returned after I complained)
Review 2：The sports room and table tennis rooms were very nice, pleasant breakfast rooms, spacious and quiet apartment, very clean
Review 3：When we arrived, it was late, so had to call the reception using the hotel phone. It was ok, because we arrived late. But could be improved as well.
