Review 1：Room was a bit dim - only two bedside lamps. Could do with a ceiling lamp and/or a light for the desk.

Review 2：Located next to palace and gardens. Very friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Room was nice and warm (mid November). Quiet. Good wifi signal. Plenty of overnight parking nearby. Breakfast included.

Review 3：Parking is outside of the hotel which is good but difficult to find a free parking place. Air-conditioner was not working in our room, it was very hot in the night. Staff in restaurant speak very pure English. Good hotel for one night stay but not longer

Review 5：The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the hotel is noisy at night. The shower in the next room was obviously against the same wall where our beds headboard was, as I sounded like it was holding back tsunami in the morning!

Review 8：A lot of noise from inconsiderate people in other rooms particular in the banging of room doors which is not necessary and a group of four who continued talking in the corridor very loudly. To be fair it was not the hotel's fault but ignorant selfish people

Review 13：It is a hostal, so everything is ridden pretty hard. Dust under the beds, but for one night, it was doable. There is no elevator, only stairs.

Review 14：Really a nice location, easy to get to the palace and gardens. A lot of good restaurants within walking distance. Facilities are adequate; staff was helpful, free parking was nice, and you can't beat the price for one night!

Review 16：Just delightful with lovely staff. The cafeteria has fresh food, well presented and delicious. The taxi rank is outside the cafeteria. Only a finicky you know what would want for something. For the 4 of us, this was perfecto.

Roadworks goingon in the town at the moment but still managed to park outside - Hostalhas some reserved spaces which we managed to use. Stayed overnight onjourney through Spain. Worth coming off the main road just to fill upwith diesel at Leclerc 1.14 euros! Dog friendly and we would stay again.

Review 31：Breakfast is a bit Spartan. Unfortunately our dining experience clashed with a big soccer match which was shown on a large noisy TV but seems many restaurants in Spain ( and Portugal ) have TVs on all the time.

Review 84：There was mess with our reservation: we booked a triple room and double room was waiting for us. However, the staff dealt with a problem with a completely satisfactory way. This initial problem has not influenced our stay in the hotel that was overall nice and enjoyable. Although there is free parking outside the hostel, it might be a bit difficult to find a free place, especially if you arrive late on weekends or bank holidays.

However, this proved extremely noisy during the evening, and the street noise combined with techno music blaring from the adjacent building meant it was impossible to sleep. However, the staff relocated me to a different room that was cell-like, but mercifully silent.

It is very well located near by the Royal Palace, the hotel is very clean and the staff is really great! I had a problem with my booking reservation, because I chose one room for one person, but my reservation was for a double room (almost de double of the price). When I arrive at the hotel, staff was really nice to me. They changed the reservation and dealed with the problem in a really great way. Thanks a lot! I really recommend you this place.
