Review 1：Comfort of the room was kind of low class. Very loud ventilation system in bathroom.

Review 9：The furniture was old and my room was nothing like it was on the pictures, cracks in the dirty walls and the floor, the bed cover had other people's hair sticked to it - overall poor quality. We couldn't visit the spa most of our 7-day stay because it was closed. The shower was leaking, no a/c, no fridge. TV is way too old and small even too see anything while in bed, most channels weren't working properly. It felt like I was staying in a hospital/retirement home.

Review 12：The hotel is out of date and old. Breakfast reminds soviet union hotel breakfast. It is not so hard to but a bit more effort into better breakfast especially when the price we paid was not so small at all (2 persons 88.- per night)

Review 13：We got free tickets to new Estonia Resort spa and this was really nice experience. Overall I would recommend rather to stay in Estonia Resort Hotel and Spa (which is freshly renovated) than Estonia Medical Spa and Hotel and try not to mix up those hotels. Despite the name they are actually very different.

Review 14：Shower: The water is leaking from the shower, to the bathroom floor andalso flooding the hallway. Even though its just renovated! Breakfast:This hotel has the worst ussr style breakfast seen in many years. Noa/c in room.

Review 16：The weirdest place I've ever stayed at. It honestly felt like a hospital complete with typical hospital-style entrance, lino floors and a wheelchair placed at the entrance. I had requested a double bed but apparently this wasn't possible at the property. I was not informed of this until I had already paid for the room.

Queing at the reception, poor service, no smiles, no instructions how to sign or book spa, very 'sovjet', not a modern hotel. Set up of breakfast was very gray and the serving utensils were HUGE. Just to replace them with modern ones would help a lot.
