Review 1：The bed was very very uncomfortable, the springs will push into your back and it will make sounds everytime you move since the quality is so low and apparently the age so high. Also, even though there is air conditioning, the property does not include proper covers.
Review 2：I loved the property, availability of pots and pans for self cooking. I really liked the location since the property was a couple of meters away from the beach. I also really liked the pool and its cleanliness.

Review 5：The bed was uncomfortable. There were not screens on all windows. There is not ac in every unit. The pool has a view only of the building, but looked clean. The beach was quiet with palms for shade, without nagging vendors, but had a lot of seaweed. Nice for a walk or for reading under the palms, but not so much for swimming. There was not much going on in the immediate area when we were there, so this may be good if you want to be alone and in a quiet environment.
Review 6：The updated bathroom was very nice. The overall cleanliness of the facility was good. Walk to restaurants- not terribly far, but not very close. The gated community added to the feeling of security.
Review 7：Located closed the sea, rooms are very cleaned, here are everything for live: full kitchen, rooms with air conditioner and the main: everything looks like new and seames that this apart hotel was opened just few month ago. the best speed of wifi that i get in Dominican Republic! ApartHotel located in the closed neighborhood, here is quit , safety, and here you can find shop, restaurants, bars and everything with good prices, cheaper than in town Puerta Plata.

Review 10：- There was a water tank/heater in the room that makes noise. It didn't give me a good sleep on my first night. - It could have been better if they had given me an option for my breakfast on the 2nd day.
Review 11：The place is safe and it's so close to the beach. They're also connected to a travel agency that offers activities you can do to make your stay more memorable, that is if you are willing to pay more.
Review 12：It is a little far from downtown - and we found that despite speaking fluent spanish, taxi cabs were stiff and pricey. If wanting to see other areas in the North, plan carefully!

Review 18：It is a big condominium at the western part of Puerto Plata: it has houses, apartment buildings, restaurants and bars by the beach. Quite safe but there is not much activities: restaurants were almost empty, the same for bars. It is very quiet. Nice beach. The problem: the city does not have many interesting places and to get anywhere you need to take a taxi or a tour... considering that it is not very easy and comfortable getting to Puerto Plata (from Santo Domingo), I would recommend the northern shore of Dominican Republic if you are thinking of an all-inclusive at Sosúa or nearby (I did not visit much further than Sosúa: I don't know about Cabarete, Las Terrenas, etc.).

Review 21：The location, the cleanliness and the concierge who was present all the time. It is very close to the beach and the "quartier" seemed to be really clean and safe. I guess it would be difficult to get there without a car.

Review 24：Staff.. Not the best English and nut sure he was speaking Spanish properly either. But it was easy to get/leave the keys at least.. We thought it was closer to Puerto Plata.. but didn't find any good way to transfer between so we just grabbed a cab back and forth. And there was also a nearby filthy business at a nearby club/adult hotel. Where old men picked up young girls..
Review 25：Felt really safe. Good wifi signal.. And there was an nearby Italian restaurant that had the best food in I've eated during my 2 weeks stay in DR, and the best staff too! It's called SoleMio. Definitely reccomend anyone that stays here to go there!

Review 78：The owner is very friendly and the apartment is clean, spacious and comfortable. The apartment building has a very good pool and there are lots of cafe's on the beach. Costambar territory has security guards and is safe and also it's not far away from the city center, aerial tram and Ocean World park.
Review 79：-next time would request a 2nd or 3rd floor apartment to get a better breeze at night, and would feel more safe & private. -took some time to find the place as there are no numbers or signs on the building. -sheets kept slipping off the bed, it would need a mattress pad or clips.

Review 81：There wasn't any way to turn the stove on; we had to call for matches. The bed wasn't so comfortable. The TV was pretty small. The balcony didn't have a good furniture. The local furniture was the most uncomfortable I've ever sat onto, OH MY GOD! The parking wasn't inside the apartament and we had to let it out, with police protection though.

Review 84：The very active mosquitos; unfortunately the mosquito screens on the windows don' t close really tightly. On the frames of the window screens are small gaps where the mosquitos can enter.
