Reviews for Landhaus Rebstock Worms
Review 1:Staff spoke only german. The pillows and the bed were uncomfortable and the bed was so close to the inclined window that you could ram your head against the wall.
Review 2:Clean and not far from centrum.
Review 3:I had to pay in cash for 4 nights. The lady did not really make herself clear. Very expensive meals especially don't order the sea food. Very noisy at nights. Cars and people arriving drunk at 2.30 in the morning.
Review 4:I liked the service ,I enjoyed staying in the hotel. The breakfast was good ,the girl that was serving was very nice and polite ,as the lady from the reception. They have an restaurant to whit land and sea specialities, and I can say that it really worth it to give it a try.
Review 5:Location. Couldn't find anywhere within walking distance to eat and didn't want to drive and lose car park spot which wasn't easy to get.
Review 6:Staff friendly and helpful
Review 7:Staff couldn't speak english; only cash accepted, no receipt given. Although when booking I stated that we were travelling with two dogs, at check-in I was asked to pay cash for the room without any additional charge; nevertheless, later in the night, the lady knocked to our door asking 16 euros more for the dogs.
Review 8:Quiet location, well-furnished room
Review 9:The location was a little further out of town than expected, although the surroundings with wineyards were beautiful. There was a festival of some sort we weren't aware of and had trouble parking.
Review 10:The breakfast was excellent.
Review 11:The owners have three big dogs that they keep in the restaurant/breakfast area during the day, and that do their business in the backyard where people eat in the mornings. Although the owners cleaned up after the animals the stench could be smelled in the hall and even the bedrooms at times. A no-go! The place also seemed cluttered, or uniquely decorated depending on your taste.
Review 12:The female staff was very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is served in the restaurant or the small backyard, which is full of mediterranean plants like oleander, lemon trees, i.e.. Gorgeous! The rooms were clean and adequately furnished.
Review 13:Staff missing-in-action. We waited outside in the garden for reception to open at 3pm (as it was listed) but by 3.35pm no one came. We rang the nightbell but nothing. Eventually the maid/cleaner came out and rang someone and gave us our key. We arrived on a hot day early (our issue) and anticipated being able to get a cold drink in the hotel bar. Only problem was it never opened. The location is away from restaurants and eateries so we waited for the hotel restaurant to open but it never did. We saw no one except the maid/cleaner, got no information and couldn't get food or drink on a hot day. By the time we realised the restaurant/bar was not opening, the bakery had closed. Luckily we had bikes and rode into Worms where a local put us onto a great cafe about 2kms from the hotel. In the morning we had no one to check us out. We like to pay cash but no option to do that either. Room was charged to the credit card provided via booking.com. There is also a barking dog inside and no access to the inner garden. Very very disappointed with what should have been a nice stay.
Review 14:Spacious room well appointed. Nice garden at front with tables and chairs. Helpful maid who ended up helping us despite not speaking English. The bakery on the corner was a godsend (opens 5.30am - closes at 6pm).
Review 15:We paid for a triple room, but the third bed was an extremely old camp bed that dipped in the middle. Cost we were charged was not what was on Booking.com
Review 16:Lovely people, made us feel very welcome.
Review 17:I was pleased and satifyed with everything,,,,from arrival till departure......
Review 18:The service and hospiality were very good,,a real credit to the hotel industry and district Worms,,,,
Review 19:Nobody at the reception when arriving , unpersonal telephone nr on the door. When booking the hotel it might be usefull to let one know the restaurant will be closed for the entire stay.

Review 31:* a little far away from the old city-Worms * the parking place is along a very narrow side road
Review 32:- a nice gourmet restaurant nearby ( c. 150 m away along the main "village" road - the owner-couple was very helpful
Review 33:Restaurant is very expensive several categories above the category of the hotel.we had some guests to meet and decided to eat at the restaurant. put a dent in my wallet , but the food was good. rate does not include breakfast . hot water never made it to the third floor.
Review 34:Host unfriendly and overcharged for the room. When confronted, he choseto lie to cover his tracks. Eventually we got our refund of theovercharge through booking.com. Dishonesty is never a good policy.
Review 35:Nice balcony, quiet area, large room.
Review 36:I have nothing whatsoever to say in this regard
Review 37:I obtained the information for this hotel from the internet as beingideal in distance between Amsterdam & Austria for our journey. Weenjoyed the pleasant friendly welcome & general attitude of ourhosts, and the high standard of cuisine provided by the hands of thepatron, whose charming wife helped so much to make us feel at home
