Review 1：There is no full time lobby and no on-site personnel available after hours. During my stay, only breakfast was possible and I could not have dinner because the dining room was closed. When I checked out, the house staff had to give me change using their own pocket money and could not resolve a mistake with the bill. I called several times, and the manager was rarely on site so it took me nearly a week to get my bill corrected. There are no restaurants within easy walking distance and nothing to do in the immediate area in the evenings. While the house-staff was friendly and helpful, it was clear the management's intention is to just make money, and not relaly provide a proper "hotel" service. As a frequent business traveler, I can't recommend this hotel espeically given the price and lack of basic services.

Review 2：Very large room, comfortable bed, large bathroom. Plenty of parking space.

Review 3：It was a way out from the centre of Worms. We were the only guests and therefore, the only people in a large complex at night with no one to ask if we required anything.

Review 7：Walls are paper thin and so are the floors. We heard people down the hall and in the room above until about 2am. Internet is slow or non-existent. I think there are better hotels in this area for about the same money.

Review 8：The place is nice and clean and looks like most of the rooms are newly remodeled. Staff was friendly but spoke little English. The restaurant was good with good service.

Review 9：At first, the hotel looked deserted, and outside door locked, at noon. We had to call to gain access. The noise from the highway was loud. But closing the windows reduced noise significantly.

Review 10：The service was excellent. The room was very large and very well appointed. The bed comfortable. The bathroom excellent with a large shower. A fan kept the temperature comfortable at night during warm September. Wonderful breakfast.

Review 13：Location was a little too remote form the city of Worms and a taxi cost €12 each way. Room didn't have air-conditioning and the weather was very warm during our stay. We asked if they had a fan but they said no. We didn't sleep much because it was just too warm even with the window wide open. A fan would have helped. Food portions were too big and put us off wanting to eat it. The meal that I ordered was described as "served with Salad and French fries". I explained that I didn't want French fries. The problem was that they served me a giant salad instead!! This was rather off-putting when I didn't want much to eat anyway.

Review 44：Located in a suburb of Worms, this hotel is a good stopovers point for those with their own transportation. Spotlessly clean, big rooms, excellent soundproofing. Breakfast fully up to German standards. Adequate parking, albeit unsecured. Note that there are limited restaurants in the area, so a drive downtown may be necessary.

We enjoyed a very nice meal sat on the terrace in the evening. Staff were nice and helpful. Breakfast was lovely. A bonus too was that you could park right outside the hotel! Would definitely recommend it to other travellers!
