Review 1：There was hair and grime in the bathtub which is disgusting. There was no tub stopper. At 10:00am the breakfast buffet had no food and the waiters were running to get the guests more food.
Review 2：The location was very good for seeing the town. The map from the hotel was helpful.
Review 3：The room was really small, I've booked a double room, but it was a single room with a bit larger bed, couldn't put my suitcase any ware.... Also I've experienced it as not clean.... It was not clean in the nooks an crannies. Breakfast room didn't invite to eat. It was equipped sober, there was nothing on the table.... There was no atmosphere at all.

Review 5：The breakfast selection was quite poor. Mainly long lasting products and just a few freshly made items and some of those were not even ready when the breakfast service started at 7:30.

Review 7：Only there 3 nights but there was no spare light globe available for wall lamp. Safe was inoperable and staff member told us they were all like that. Ground floor window could not be secured because it had never been installed correctly. We changed rooms but soon found that bathroom extractor fan did not work, the safe did not work but with trial and error, a staff member solved that problem. Then we found that the airconditioning did not work. We were offered yet another room bur declined. None of the problems were attended to during our stay. For a 3 Star hotel, one would expect reasonable response to maintenance problems.

Review 11：Having booked and paid for the room far in advance, I was shocked when Irealized that it overlooked an inner patio(?) with an enormous, loudventilation tube. I complained and the second room was on the grooundfloor, its window opening on a skylight/patio. Claustrophobic.Asthey charged on reservation, and the room had already been paid for Iresigned to it. Breakfast - no butter, only margarine, no tomatoes orany sort of fresh or pickled vegetables. The guy at the recepcion notreally nice.

Review 14：we liked the well decorated, good sized room, a parking space outside in the street, easy access to the shops and restaurants, helpful staff. Plus the buffet breakfast was included in the price and had a good choice with a lot of fresh fruit. We were pleased that we chose this hotel despite much earlier reviews that were not very positive.
Review 15：Reception needs more than one person. When s/he is on his/her mobile phone or attending to others, you just have to wait. The staff do their best but time is wasted for the guest (read 'customer'). They have that irritating hotel Internet system that means you have to log on every time.

Review 36：The rooms were a good size and the breakfast was good. Situated in a quiet area, but close access to restaurants and a small grocery store.
