Review 1：In general the hotels looks old and the rates are high. The people at the recepción are not friendly and the proccess for billing is bad. They bill separately the room, the safety box and day pass for guess we invite.

Review 2：The bar and night show. Also the Buffet restaurant was good.

Review 3：The hotel had low occupancy, which led to the kids club not being open and they even closed the pool swim up bar, which I did not like at all.....only one restaurant had ac, which means suppressing heat at all times. I did not enjoy sweating like a pig while eating. Also no working casino in the entire Playa Dorada complex. The hotel should not advertise having a casino.

Review 5：I think the food needs some work, the quality of the meat most of the time did not know what I was eating. No english speaking tv channels except 1. I did not like the fact that the pool and hot tub closed at 7pm. I like to use the hot tub at night after dinner when its cooler and not in the middle of the day when it's 85.

Review 6：I stayed in a suite, 1415. I did not like the fact that they was not a tv in the living room, just in the bedroom. Need tv in both. I like the fact that you had activities at night they just started a little late. Need dancing for the younger people. room was clean. overall I liked the resort.

I called the desk four timesthroughout my stay, and the last day, 30th, some old freezer was broughtup to us. Very disappointed... Need a response please.. Thank you, MrHernandez.
