Review 1：We are always staying in this hotel during our travel and we are always more than happy to come back. It's a cozy place with family atmosphere but it provides services you would normally expect from the huge chain hotel like long opening hours of reception, room service etc. It's always perfectly clean and staff is very flexible and happy to provide you with all you need, we never had a single thing to complain about although we are rather picky. For us 10/10.

Review 2：Automotic timered sensor of the lights in the bathroom automatically turns off the lights even when you are still having a shower. But the room itself is very clean and I like it.

Review 3：This renovated new hotel was comfortable. Very clean. A good balcony is for a smoker.

Review 4：Internet was poor in my room, could not connect tablet or phone, only computer due to poor signal strength. Parking is a challenge on the street but there is additional parking behind the hotel, it is just not marked.

Review 5：Good, clean rooms, all systems working well. Free and good breakfast and parking are a plus. All the staff speaks good English.

Review 6：The beds were extremely hard. Difficult to get the room cool enough to sleep. With all the detours, the hotel was a bit difficult to find and there seems to be a "no signal " area near a main intersection where the GPS goes off.

Review 7：Availability.....there were many events going on in the city, but this hotel was available. The city is pleasant to walk around when the weather cooperates. Many wonderful scenic spots.

Review 10：A lovely situation on the edge of a fascinating town, next to an old village, and with easy access to the countryside. Comfortable rooms, good food and excellent wine (German red wine). And a lift!

Review 11：You could walk into town in 20 minutes but the return journey is all up hill. Ideally, you need a car to stay here.

Review 12：Large hotel but retains a warm friendly atmosphere. Waiter in the restaurant was extremely helpful and allowed us to sample the local dishes before we ordered. The town itself is a real gem with surprisingly few tourists

Review 13：Ate at the pub one day and waited nearly 45 minutes for our food though there were less than 10 people. When asked when food was coming told they were making the soup from scratch. Good excuse except when the soup came it was barely warm.

Review 23：This is an excellent hotel for an overnight stop when touring by car, but very difficult to reach if travelling any other way. Good restaurant.

Review 24：Unfortunately as it was December it either rained or snowed most days, so the walk into Schwabisch Hall was not pleasant, especially as it's uphill coming back. However there's a very reliable and punctual half-hourly bus service very near the hotel, which only takes a few minutes.

Review 25：A fantastic hotel - I really didn't want to leave. Everyone was so friendly and helpful; they made my dog and I feel very welcome. As I had booked to stay a couple of weeks they very kindly upgraded my single room to a very spacious double room with balcony at no extra cost. The restaurant was wonderful and every meal I had was delicious and very reasonably-priced (I can especially recommend the chicken!). It's obviously very popular and they never seemed to have any trouble serving meals both to small groups and individuals, as well as to the many large private parties booked in for early Christmas celebrations. Breakfasts were also fantastic with a good variety of choice and the waitresses were very efficient and friendly. I would love to stay there again.

Review 29：We have been thouroughly impressed with this hotel. Very nicr countryside location, the hotel looks way better than in the pictures (based on the pictures I thought it will be a little outdated, it is the contrary), extremely kind staff, breakfast included. One of the receptionists was absolutly wonderful. We didn't wake up in time for breakfast (we were jet lagged from the US) and she was kind enough to put together something for us. She even made us coffee and tea.

Review 30：The description said it was a short walk to downtown Hall. It was a five or ten mi ute drive to downtown Schwäbisch Hall. The reason we chose it was so we could walk around town.
