Reviews for Hospederia Chapitel
Review 1:I loved this hotel. Superb location, with a view of San Miguel church right outside. Classy rooms. Great bathrooms. Helpful manager. Great little bar downstairs. Excellent breakfast. I was walking the Camino and had sustained foot injuries - this place was perfect for recuperation.
Review 2:Beautiful hotel, perfect situation in the town, peaceful yet in the town, we had a beautiful view of the old church. Comfy bed, warm shower which was a gift after a days walking. Hot breakfast, thought a member of staff stayed watching us eat all the time...hmmmm
Review 3:Staff weren't helpful or friendly. Didn't give us a map or intro to the town, nor any suggestions on where to eat. Such a great hotel, totally let down by the front of house staff.
Review 4:Amazing shower, nice and comfortable rooms.
Review 5:The beds were a little on the hard side, but that is very common in Spain. Everything else was great!
Review 6:Perfect location, charming hotel and the absolute greatest people! We had an issue with our luggage and the staff went out of their way to deliver our luggage to our next hotel, 30km away. This is the best hotel in Estella. We would highly recommed it!
Review 7:Disappointing supper after v good Tapas.
Review 8:Delicious tapas and good breakfast. Very good shower. Efficient wifi. Friendly staff. Huge bed. Bikes easily accommodated. Centre of town on Camino Trail.

Review 11:nothing we didn't like.
Review 12:Our room was lovely, quite large and very nicely decorated. The airconditioning was good, though it did turn off over night for come reason. Breakfast was fantastic... we actually had fresh cooked bacon and eggs included in the price of breakfast.
Review 13:Beautiful hotel, helpful staff, lovely breakfast buffet, great location in Estella, great views of the church, fabulous rooms and bathrooms. Our group had 2 rooms, both equally beautiful.
Review 14:Hotel manipulated a/c controls so that temperature can not beadjusted low enough for comfort in this very hot weather. They alsototally turn off a/c in middle of night such that room becomesstifling hot. Minor complaint is that one must re-enter WiFi passwordevery few minutes.

Review 20:Spacious bedroom with wonderful bed. Spotlessly clean. Very friendly staff. Delicious breakfast with plenty of choice. Freshly squeezed orange juice and eggs cooked to order. Bed and shower both of great quality and just what was required after a long day on the Camino.

Review 25:Narrow pedestrian streets so if you have a car I suggest you park in secure underground car park in town centre and walk 7 min up to hotel. There is limited parking at hotel.

Review 27:Interior architect placed wash basin in room rather than in bathroom. Not very functional.
Review 28:Friendly and helpful staff. Very nice room. Buffet breakfast above average for our jurney, and included in room rate.
Review 29:The staff was very nice in a kind of relaxed way, too relaxed for a 4 star hotel. They do not have the service of a 4 star hotel (reception unattended at times, breakfast service very slow, etc).

Review 65:Quite tricky to find. The restaurant was either non existent or closed. Quite expensive for what it was. During same hols stayed in 2 star hotels for almost half the price with better location, equally comfortable rooms and good restaurants. Wouldn't stay again
Review 66:Location in the pedestrianised part of the old city. The room was excellent although lacking a bath. Breakfast was fine.
Review 67:Great location in the centre of the old tiwn. Beautifully restored building. I'd stayed here before but don't remember it being so noisy with sounds carrying from rooms either side and the hallways.

Review 69:Wonderful quiet location close to the town centre.
Review 70:finding the hotel was difficult for our GPS and it did not ever really find it. We had to call and they had to guide us there. It may have to do with the address of the hotel and the inability of the GPS to correctly interpret this. Once there, everything was great.

Review 81:We were hiking the Camino, and this is an outstanding stop. The room wasterrific, and the shower was very relaxing with plenty of hot water. Oneof the most comfortable beds we have slept on in Spain (that's notsaying much though!). They even washed a pile of clothes for us. Themorning breakfast was outstanding. The receptionist was very helpful atcheck in and provided good advice on the town.
Review 82:Expensive both for the room and for the breakfast. At the price paid it would have been nice at least to have breakfast included in the price. Would have liked kettle and tea/coffee - and mini fridge in the room.
