Review 1：The only negative we found was that the wife was not easily accessible. The hotel should consider registering the wife to the rooms not the guests.

Review 2：We loved the fact that the facilities were available at reasonable hours and that we weren't bothered every 2 seconds. It was a very enjoyable stay and we will recommend this hotel to others.

Review 3：Strange - fridge but no contents??? Bar snacks finish at 6 - if you spend evening in pool, you have to go out to hunt down food! Weird on/off with swim wear between pool & sauna - would be better just say swimwear optional in pool......

Review 5：responsable of reception did not find extra day reservation cofirmed by Booking.com and tryed to give me very poor accomadation in other building, not conform at my original reservation. I refused and forced to pay extra for main building accomadation. Very bad!!!!

Review 8：Beware if eating out - local (Fussen) restaurants seem to close veryvery early. Whilst they offer free wifi in room, its wired, so Macowners, no good for you! (Unless you have an adaptor) Only other commentis that whilst sauna is typically no textiles, some guests seemed a bitsniffy about nudity. Could do with a definite fkk policy/area in& outdoors.

Review 9：To start with, reception staff dont just give you keys, they take you tothe room!!! Lovely room, lovely view, quiet location. Room was perfect!Now to business; the sauna complex is a real gem. Every type of sauna, atemperature to suit all. Nice showers. Loved the outside Finnish cabin -really hot! Quiet sun room for afternoon sun. Changing room &lockers. Loads of towels (but you get big towel, robe, slippers &even a nice bag anyway! Pool; fantastic. Really warm pool in space-shipshaped glass sided building to catch all the sun. Then outside, sensibledesigned pool for both lane swimming & relaxing....heated of course.You must use it when sun goes down & coloured lights create greatatmosphere as steam rises from warm water into cold night air. Indaytime, sunbeds outside as well as in & a quality bar. This is up-market, wonderful place to treat someone or yourself. Breakfast washealthy indeed! Staff could not be more polite or friendly. There is afun exercise room, if you need to keep fit. I visited in quiet seasonbut I think other things go on in full season. Will definitely be goingback again. 10/10. Surrounding area has plenty of interesting sightsto see & visit. Allow yourself several days here to fully enjoy. Mychill-o-meter hit end stop & my relax-o-graph was at all-time level.Come here if your blood pressure needs lowering.

Review 10：WiFi is ONLY AVAILABLE IN THE RECEPTION AREA/LOBBY!!! In this day and age not acceptable therefore not great value for money.

Review 12：While the hotel itself was very good, the village had little else tooffer and did not, for example, have a pretty town centre likenearby Fussen.
