Review 1：There was a dog in the hotel and could hear it barking in the morning. Would have been nice to know you can catch a bus to pension as a bit of a walk with a heavy case.
Review 2：Hosts spoke excellent English. Very friendly and had lots of tourist information. Room was good and location quiet.
Review 3：Warm welcome. The pension is designed in traditional style. We were offered a room on the third floor with a great view of the mountains and the castle. The owners spoke about the local wineries and bakeries, gave us map and resort card, giving a discount when visiting term. Said good bye as if we were their relatives. Thank you! Hope to return!
Review 4：dirty room (some stuff on the floor in the corner), very old furniture, each piece diffrent style..., dirty chairs, roof window full of ants, stinky sponge in the kitchen, we felt like in poor student's room

Review 11：Great, friendly stuff, possibility to have dogs with you, very nice breakfast, clean, big rooms, close to the forest so our dogs could have walks. Hope to come back:-)
Review 12：The wi-fi signal is not very strong, so sometimes you can have difficult to connect from your room. Fortunatly it's very good in the corridors or in the lobby, so you can get internet connection anyway. I think that it will be enough to put some range extenders in the upside floors to resolve the problem.
Review 13：I cannot describe how lovely and kind the staff was. They were always ready to be helpful, they took care of particulars and try always to improve my stay in their structure. This is what one can hope for "sense of hospitality": you never feel a "guest" but become familiar with them, exchange conversations and feel comfortable like home. A very positive feedback also for the breakfast: wide and various choice, cooked in real time with just purchased fresh food. The rooms are wide and there is no disturbing noise coming from outside or from other rooms. If next year I return in Baden I will definitively stay again in Helenental Pension!!
