Review 1：This is not a welcoming hotel. Have to wait a long time to reception for a information, for check in and check out. Staff do not care about you. This hotel is too cold for a spa atmosphere in the winter. We had no shampoo/ hair conditioner in the room, just shower gel. Do not recommend.

Review 5：Super breakfast at 9:30 was very poor, as no addition of food to empty plates. Extra bed was added to wrong room and it takes long time to correct it.

Review 7：When coming from the main entrance there didn't seem to be any signes outside to point where the II building was so I got a bit lost because it was much further away than I suspected.

Review 8：The room looked very tasteful in purple/cream colour scheme. It was very quiet, got a good night's sleep and rested very well. It was easy to navigate inside the buildings because of well placed signes. The location is very good, 20 minutes walk through quiet streets to city center and at the same time right next to the river and sea.

Review 9：The hotel is pretty big and the room are not the same. I ended up in abuilding with quite small room. The wifi network was pretty weak. Therewas no soap in the bathroom dispenser and there were only 2 electricplugs in the room.

Review 11：Sauna in suite room did not function. Balcony door was not wind proof, so wind blowed right to the room. Unbelievable, but Spa center was not included in room price starting from 17:00?!!??

Review 12：Bad, cheap, lowest quality food. Poor choice as well. Worst hotel breakfast we ever had. Not cosy hotel environment: it looks rather a hospital or sanatorium than a hotel. We can not recommend this place as a hotel, but maybe it is a good place as a medical sanatorium for elderly people...Hotel partially reminds soviet times (design, service, attitude to the clients).

Review 16：Terrible breakfast. Uncomfortable beds. Leaky bathroom. No amenities such as kettle or shampoos/conditioner, no aircon. Not a cosy room. Was a bit of a walk to the central. To have lunch or dinner at their buffee restaurant, you need to book in advance.

Review 17：Apart from the first lady I spoke to when checking in, who was a bit unprofessional, other reception staff was very friendly and polite. Muuli baar on the 5th floor is a nice lounge with a good terrace and view.

Review 20：The constructions works (no noise, but it is having some impact to surroundings and premises). The extra fee for small kids (even they are sharing the existing beds). The pool area is nice but it starts to be a bit worn out.

Review 36：A big ugly concrete building in the middle of beautiful old wooden buildings felt a bit out of place. Also the prices are somewhat steep if you don't manage to find a discount deal.

Review 37：Excellent breakfast. Nice, quiet location, and near the beach. Good facilities such as pools and saunas, just make sure to get there before the free-for-guests deadlines, they are quite expensive otherwise.

Review 38：Hommikusöögi lauda tuleb varakult jõuda, sest hilisematele ärkajatele ei tehta osasid toite juurde. Kuna keedumunad ja oad said otsa, siis pidin salatit närima. Restoranitöötajatel puudus ka teadmine allergikute menüüst. Esimese teenindaja sõnul nt gluteenivaba leiba neil ei ole, teise teenindaja käest küsides leiti see kiiresti köögist üles. Toit oli täiesti maitsetu ja reisi kõige ebameeldivam kogemus.

Review 46：Really good sauna and Water center. Lot of older people - so it was quiet:) The room was small, but we were not expecting to have the bigger one. The breakfast - nothing special, but good enough. In general - we (2 adults, 1 child) stayed for 1 night and it was fair value for the money we paid (<50 EUR/room)

Review 49：We were charged 200 euros extra (for one week) at check out for one of the children for using the extra bed, even though we booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children from the beginning. So be careful, when stayng with children, the price you see at booking.come might not be final. I have never experienced anything like this anywhere else. No airconditioning in the rooms, it was hot like in a sauna. Breakfast looks rich at first glance, but you can notice, that they try to make savings everywhere (juices made from concentrate, the cheapest cheese and yoghurt etc.)

Review 109：It was a bit uncomfortable that we could not enter the room till 3 p.m, since we were travelling with a little child. Usually it can be done if the room is ready. And also it would be nice to have a possibility to make tea or coffee in the room (that is, we'd be glad to have a kettle) and book an option of buffet dinner at advance at booking.com. But these are just some suggestions. On the whole we liked everything and look forward to come back!

Review 110：Great minimalist design, spa and bath facilities, nice breakfast. We also liked the bar at the hotel. The hotel is situated not far from city's centre, beautiful park and sea shore. And the views are great!

Review 125：The room 1312 has bad view I was unable to connect to wifi through my galaxy note nor through Mac book air unless I open the door of the room The balcony was very dirty The room was hot. There is no AC in the room. I was afraid to get cold if I slept without cover and didn't find thin blanket to cover with. The best idea I came out with is to use the blanket's cover. The selection of interior design was poor. The colors, the style and the materials lack artistic sense. The hotel atmosphere lack art. I visited this hotel last year and didn't notice any changes. There were about five medical bands inside the pool. The cold shower after the salt sauna was not working.

Review 127：Lack of air conditioning. The facade and surroundings of the hotel are abit worn or under construction. In addition to the nordic tv-channels,some international/european tv-channels would also be nice.
