Review 1：location, friendly staff, was on Camino de Santiago with friends, as the hotel is slightly off the start of Camino they facilitate their guests by running a coach to the outskirts of Estella in the morning.
Review 2：It is a long walk the next morning to get back onto the pilgrim trail with the hotel shuttle bus starting after 7am with most walkers starting about 6am.
Review 3：Helpfulness and efficiencty of two receptionist staff sunday 31st May was exceptional and because of their assistance I would recommend the hotel to all other camino pilgrims.
Review 4：Nothing. It was a "ok" stay. Location not good for the camino, not very central.
Review 5：Location is ok, for whose go to the camino. They have a van (7:30, 8:00 and 8:30AM) which takes to some point of camino. 10 min walking to the historic/shopping centre. I didn't have breakfast in there. Room is good and clean. Comfy bed. Reception speaks Spanish and a ok English....we communicated well, anyway!
Review 6：I requested a quiet room upon booking but I got anything but. The window vibrated noisily anytime traffic passed by outside. The inner walls are very thin and I could hear the couple's next door full conversation and I could hear them filling a bath and having a shower. The bath was very small and d hair dryer was ineffective.
