Review 1：Could not locate an electric kettle - a small thing!
Review 2：Cleanliness, space, adaptability of accommodation, proximity to everything and last, but not least!, the friendliness and information extended to us by the Man who met us - ? the owner
Review 3：the door code and key arrangements should be communicated the day prior or notification that you need to ring apartments prior to arrival to be informed of door code and key arrangements. The day before arrival I just happened to ring to give an estimated time of arrival and owner told me of door code

Review 5：We never saw any property manager. When we arrived, we were very fortunate that a local person helped us phone the manager (otherwise we couldn't get into the property). After that everything was excellent. The manager told us the code for the front door, and told us where to find the apartment key. All happy then.

Review 7：Nothing really. Just understand Estella is a small medieval Spanish City & the apartment is centrally located I. the heart of the city, so parking is not on site, but within 300 meters.

Review 9：No direct face to face contact with receptionist, email received from bookings.com telling me where keys were etc. as I was moving my bag ahead of me on the Camino I wasn't sure where to leave my bag out the following morning which was a bit stressful but it all worked out in the end and bag was safely delivered to the next location

Review 30：I had difficulty contacting the owner when I arrived so had a stressful 2 hours not knowing if I could gain access to the apartment. Also the payment for the apartment had been taken from my credit card account prior to my arrival.
Review 31：Very central. Very spacious and fully equipped. Could easily have accommodated 6 people. Would have been suitable for a longer term stay . Very quiet at nighttime even it's balcony overlooked the main square in the town.

Review 33：Apartment 201 is spacious, everything needed for a great base for vacation is here. I emailed owner a few days prior using an English to Spanish website to reconfirm arrival and he replied with instructions on building code to get in and then key location. He also met me by chance when I arrived to give me tour of apartment. He even showed me how to use washing machine. He also charged my credit card with booking.com which made it easy for me.
Review 34：Had to phone manager. No answer. When we finally got him he said 13 min. Gave us code for door. apt was occupied. It was 2 hours before he showed up. To late to make us of apt ie. laundry and full kitchen. Waste of money

Later in the afternoon we found that someone else had been assigned to the same apartment as us and given a key. So they came into our apartment while we were out. It took the proprietor nearly two hours to arrive and find them another apartment.
