Review 1：The price was extremely expensive - the most expensive of all the accommodation on our trip in Germany. The lady at reception was not particularly friendly - perhaps she was having a bad day.

Review 2：A room at the back was very quiet and had a fabulous view over the picturesque old town - wonderful.

Review 3：Had to make special arrangements to check-in on a Sunday afternoon as the hotel staff does not work on Sunday afternoons. Wifi was not strong in room. Wifi only worked on one device.

Review 5：small room, small bathroom even though we had the superior room (what ever they mean by that, it did not feel superior at all). No mini-bar, no safe, no AC, "bar" closed very early.

Review 10：Everything, the Kronprinz in a nice Hotel in a nice town. The brewhous and the old town are only a few footsteps away. Everything works well in the hotel. Good quality of sleep.

Very comfortable and spacious room overlooking the old town. Ample breakfast with relaxed atmosphere. Have stayed here before and would definitely stay again.

Review 23：As a single traveller, I found the owners of this privately owned hotel to be consistently rude and unpleasant although I did notice the opposite displayed to local business people. I stayed 14 nights and the owners could not have done less for me. eg. getting extra bedding or towels was a real problem, no protection against thousands of insects at night in the room Wifi is unreliable and drops out frequently. On a festival day, it was not possible to get breakfast before leaving at 0800 because it would not be served until 0845....no exceptions would be made! The desk is not staffed at night and the front door is locked sometimes as early as 2200. I attended a dinner here for~35 people, one person was serving food and everyone just waiting and waiting to pay and leave. I would not recommend this hotel for a long stay and it is definitely not worth 4 stars.

Review 29：The staff was very responsive to each and every enquiry I had, e.g. they gave me exactly the room I requested with fantastic view on the old town and provided with extra cover since it felt a bi too cold in my room. The room was clean and the internet speed was ok.

Review 30：On Sunday as I left the hotel I was told that restaurant, bar and receptionist facilities were not available that day. This, apparently, is clearly stated hotel policy. However, I could find not mention of this restriction on the Bookings.com website or of the information provided after I made the booking.

Review 32：A lovely and very friendly family run hotel, ideally situated close to the train station and the center of Schwabisch Hall. Our room was very comfortable and spacious with beautiful views of the old town and the surrounding countryside. The breakfast was excellent and the breakfast area was clean, open and full of light - a perfect place to eat and drink before going off and exploring the town and walking along the river.

Review 36：The hotel is family run and the welcome was very warm and friendly. We were treated very well by everyone at the hotel and made to feel like family friends rather than just paying guests. The hotel and rooms were kept very clean and the breakfast buffet was excellent. The hotel is very well located just a short walk from the centre of Schwabisch Hall and also very close to the river for pleasant walks.

Thehotel is in a quieter area but so close to all the action in SchwäbischHall - a short walk across the bridge to the other side of the river.The breakfast was lovely and plentiful, delicious and varied - served ina gorgeous room. The Staff was very helpful aside from the wait for ourroom (we'd been told to come back at 3pm, which we did; I got the key at4:15pm). The location is perfect, the rooms super clean and functional,light-filled and aesthetically current and spacious feeling. This hotelwould be my first choice for my next stay in Schwäbisch Hall.

Centrallylocated a 2-3 minute walk across the quaint wooden bridge to theMedieval Town Square and the fabulous St. Michael's Church. The staffwere warm and inviting. We were there Christmas Eve, a time when theytypically close down, and they actually invited us to their familyChristmas Dinner! Wonderful experience.
