Review 1：the house was cold, they put some electric heating that didnt do much, when we asked for wood to light the fireplace they sent us to look for it ourselves outside behind the house, there was no instruments to light or handle the fireplace. they didnt bother to help much either. we complained about the cold house and they said ´´this is what it is´´, ´´we cannot give you any more heating equipment´´. you could not enter the bathroom because of the cold. next to the houses there are stables and smells a lot of horses. the dogs run free around, if you are not comfortable with animals is a problem. the girl who received us was not friendly at all, she even asked me for the 3 digits of my credit card in order to ensure that we won´t steal anything from the house, and she could charge me in case something was broken, i really had to explain her why i cannot give her the numbers!! she gave us a paper with all house equipment numbered(even forks and knives)..at some point in the afternoon she came with potential clients to show them around the house we had rented for future bookings.. dissapointing in general
Review 2：nature, spacious house
Review 3：The resident dogs, seemingly placid, attacked our dog within a nano-second of getting out of the car. Nobody came to my aid, even though stable-hands were looking on, and I ended up cut, bruised and shaken. OK, dogs are unpredictable, but I understand that it's not the first time this has happened, and they should have taken measures to ensure it doesn't happen again. The property is in need of some T.L.C. and a thorough clean: broken shower trays, shower heads; torn sheets and towels; dirty fridge/freezer, and general lack of respect for guests' comfort and needs. An equestrian centre with a marginalized interest in the tourist trade.
Review 4：Lovely setting, with a small lake, horses and dogs (see problems), close to beaches and mountains. There was a friendly and helpful welcome. The problems we had were dealt with and managed reasonably well, but they shouldn't have arisen in the first place.
