Review 1：There is sauna complex for additional pay, some saunas next to shower area are included in the package, but they are for men or ladies separately. We wanted to eat after water park, but restaurant was not working around 22. It would be advisable to include restaurant working hours somewhere in info package.

Review 2：Very comfortable suite. Two bathrooms (one with sauna), two large wardrobes, seating area, large balcony with sea view. Water park very good. I particularly liked one of water slides.

Review 4：The Waterpark is absolutely wonderful for children, the suite is spacious enough and convenient, good sauna. Buffet lunch and dinner are very convenient if you travelling with children. Champagne in the morning. Baby cot is wonderful and made of wood.

Review 5：Hotell need a renovation. Restaurant was very good some years ago, now it is overpriced, small variation of food etc. And a smell from fast food restaurant, awfull!!! Childrens play room, nothing is there, need e new atraction, toys, etc!

Review 6：Ventilation from 1st floor caffè (grill and panckakes) should be improved - when panckakes are baked you can smell it on ground floor everywhere and there is no another way how to get to pool apart from passing by. But did not influenced our general feeling.

Review 7：Almost everything - so many facilities in hotel, perfect view of sea from the room, comfortable rooms even with additional bed in, good breakfast, clean and well maintained hotel year by year. Great for families! We love to come back.

Review 21：The aqua park needs a face lift. It could also benefit from a better supervision of the lifeguards-at noon there are so many people who practically jump over each other, the guard looks bored and not interested whatsoever in proactive supervision of the slides and waterpark in general.

Review 23：Food was terrible. Breakfast buffet was sad. No hot food. Barely any fruit. First morning the only fruit was frozen strawberries (that were still frozen solid!) Not a croissant/danish/muffin to be seen. Dinner buffet was worse. Only place for decent food was the a la carte restaurant.

Review 34：We have been several times in this hotel, but this time we faced that was very poorly cleaned room, the cleaning lady was stacked towels, bed was not in good order, waving crumbs on the floor, the shower stall was not washed, no new creams, no hair balms were not imposed, etc .. called to the reception and asked to clean up it. The room finally was clean up in the afternoon. I must say that, after that, I have concern if in the future can count with the appropriate service.

Review 42：One night was very windy. The widows were cracking all the night making such a noise, I couldn't sleep. There are few places to eat at the hotel, but good food was only in ala Carte restaurant.

Review 44：The quality of the breakfast is really not 4-stars! No hot choclate for the children, no bread rolls and poor quality of muesli & fruits. Also the athmosphere at breakfast / lunch restaurant was very unpeaceful because of noise (very bad acoustics). This bad acoustiscs concerns also the Ala Carte Restaurant (same loaction, only curtains between). At ala Carte the lightning could have been more suitable for fine dining - food was excellent, though! The Hotel shoud train the restaurant personnel to be more professional - in every way. And please do not serve red wine from fridge! (Which they did on grill restaurant)

Very good experience all together...was at the far end of the beach which was nice to be in a less populated area, but just a short walk to the busy boardwalk. I loved Parnu and we really lucked out on the weather. Great restaurants just a short walk away - would highly recommend Steffanis Pizza and also Villa Wesset

Long distance to the city center but there is free buses which take you to the center and back. Ask reception for the schedule.

Review 108：The room vas very hot during the nights because the cooling system was not on! It felt unsafe to keep the door to the balcony open during night but we couldn´t sleep if the door was closed. So please, let the cooling be on even during the nights, thank you!
