Review 1：Internet - I had to log in every minute again as the connection would fail. Totally useless. There was a long waiting list at the counter in the evening at arrival, only 1 staff in the hotel present and taking a lot of time to register people

Review 19：Knowingly they were operating a broken lift!I got stuck twice between Ground/Basement (even though I was going from 6th floor to G, the lift kept going down). I complained and they 'would look into it'. The third time I got stuck in the lift for more than 13 minutes and, upon request, I met the Hotel Manager who acknowledged that they knew the problem and 'they got me out, right?', adding that anyway they would replace the lifts in the near future! Only after I demanded they block the lift, they used a chair to block the door on the ground level... An ABSOLUTE failure in any kind of hospitality or safety standards. They gave me a €50 voucher for their restaurant as an apology, but I don't see it matching the multiple failures - especially in the way I was treated by the Hotel Manager and the fact they just didn't care to fix the lift. I wouldn't go back. Sidenote, the first room I was assigned had coffee spilt on the carpet, and the bathroom was filthy and with mouldy stains.
