Review 1：The food was totally gross. There was no top sheet on either bed. The toilet barely flushes. There was no drain stop in the tub. The tiles from the entryway into the bathroom had sharp edges.

Review 2：Amerales, the concierge, was very helpful and very nice. The beach bartender was really happy and quick. There were flowers on the towels. When cleaning lady was singing and very kind.

Review 3：the hotel was damp condensation was a big problem the shower was dirty and didnt work properly and the only working plug socket was the one which was out side on the balcony all in all was quiet traumatising ! worst hotel iv stayed in all my life

Review 7：I am a frecuent traveler of PPlata and the truth is that this hotel should be shut down, I stayed at a Suite, It stink, no hot water, broken door locks, sorry swimming pool and the list goes on and on.

Review 9：On the last day, my daughter said to me, what are all those bugs doing on my bed. I looked very close and there were tiny bugs all over her sheet. I looked on my bed and only saw a couple, but for a few days after that I was worried the bugs would have gotten to my luggage, but it seems they didn't. I'm not sure if they were there every day or not, but I did get a bunch of bites in the crotch area and I'd never had before, so I'm sure it was related.

Review 10：Good food choices...would have been perfect if more entree's were vegetarian, but given the amount of bread, fruit and salads, it was passable. Short drive from Airport. Short ride to beach. Great swimming areas and entertainment.

Review 12：Dear Sirs: I would like to personally give thanks to all of your stafffor exceptional assistance given to me while staying at your complex,they were all courteous and helpful, although you facility is not ratedas a five star resort, your people give 5 to 6 star treatment, and atthis time I would like to point out a few of your truly exceptionalworkers you employ, and truly without them your company would not beable to operate very well, first there is Maria (front desk clerk), shetirelessly accomplish so many tasks for your company, and should bepromoted to a higher position than where she is today, very smart, hardworking, no days off, without her I personally think the services thatyou supply to your customers would be very diminished, second: Claudia(Buffet server/waitress) is another stand out person should becommended for her work, Victor (Bell -Boy) very helpful, intelligent,give these people special attention before you lose them and someoneelse will gain and your company will surely lose.

Review 13：this is a terrible hotel. Room not clean. Once towels are removed from your room. You have to wait the whole day until they are washed to receive new towel. Food is terrible. The worste food ever. Bad service. Hotel look good outside, but when you arrive, you get dissapointed

Review 15：They say check in is at 3pm? Not true. Had to wait 40 minutes for my room to be ready. The room was flooded, I asked to have the sheets changed, had to go to the lobby and complaint about waiting 3 hours to have my sheets changed. The quality of the food is fair for the money you pay. Overall, it was an unpleasant stay. Wouldn't stay again or recommend it to anyone

Review 37：Whilst clean and tidy on the whole, the place is run down and honestly not worth what they are charging. Spoke with management and they concede that it could do with a make-over That said - I would stay again - but not at there current rates
