Review 1：I'm glad I didn't pay the extra 20 for parking. Save street parking was close by,..but I could see that during soccer matches you better have reserved parking. Girl at front desk seemed not motivated, but wasn't a problem for me..

Review 5：less info for as I kept on checking for films and I I was to pay for every movie I checked even if I did not watch them, I mean why cant you put notice in front of the TV informing customers about the charges for films. Also it seems that lack of passing on information is leading to poor services as I have been charged twice please refund my other payment which I paid for when I checked in, as I was told that no payment was made and I had to make another at my check out. thank you

Review 11：By my opinion it is shame that hotel request additional money (at least Euro16 per day) for parking on the hotel+s parking during your stay. During our stay it was not "match day" or kind of "high season". Parking was empty, hotle as well, and they ask for additional money for parking. Crazy! Maybe next step it will be necessary to paid extra for possiblity to taking shower. I want to underline that it was mentioned in booking.com reservation about extra money for parkinfg, but this is hotel with huge own parking and beside high way, not in the city center. Big "minus" for extra payment for parking!

Review 70：We checked in and queried why we did not have the luxury room as booked. The receptionist was, in our opinion rude. she did not apolgise for the mistake and just said it was not shown on her computer. She said it was probably a mistake by the booking agent. She asked if we wanted to stay in the same room. My wife said she wanted what we paid for and the reeptionist made a face. The breakfast was disorganised with tea cups placed at the other end of the counter away from the hot water and items on each morning were not available. The air conditioning did not get below 22 c. We would not use this hotel again.
