Review 1：We liked absolutely everything. Spa was perfect, restaurant NOOT was real gourmet dream, perfect wifi, beautiful rooms. We had room with very big window. Very satisfied.

Review 2：The room was extremely small, could reach double bed only from one side! It supposed to be a single room! Also we could smell sauna odour in the room. Foot massage was weak. Service in the restaurant was quite poor, the table was not clean, the waiting was too long.

Review 3：Hand treatment with beewax was very pleasant. Breakfast is decent -good choice and fast service. The spa area is very good!

Review 4：The choice of inroom dining could be much better as it is virtually non-existent (2-3 types of sandwiches and cakes).

Review 10：The only thing we didn't like is that it was not possible to open the window in our room, which was quite off-putting, because we are used to sleeping with lots of fresh air. There was air-conditioning, but it is not the same thing.

Review 11：Me and my boyfriend appreciated the location of the hotel, which was both close to the beach and the old town. The hotel has a great spa center with a range of different saunas, swimming pool and even an open-air Jacuzzi bath! As we are vegetarians, it is sometimes not easy to find suitable food, but the choice in the breakfast buffet was quite big and the food was delicious.

Review 12：That everything in SPA zone was booked already and I didn't have a choice to get massage. And that there was extra price for baby bed.

Review 19：Everything looks mint, but chairs in the restaurant already have some stains. I trust it's worth to have some sorrt of seat covers which can be easily washed or dry cleaned.

Review 21：While checking in in the afternoon, there was only one receptionist, she did not find my booking first, and it took her some time, meanwhile other guests were queuing up behind me, so it felt a bit uncomfortable to make everyone else waiting. Perhaps there should be more staff during check-in and check-out hours

Review 22：The room was really nice (superior twin), very modern and clean, and there was a balcony, the spa facilities are amazing, you can really spend hours there. There is something for everyone. The breakfast was ok.

Review 27：My fiancé and I stayed at the Estonia during a brief but enjoyable visit to Parnu. We found the Estonia extremely welcoming with excellent facilities. We had selected a deluxe room which we could not fault. It was huge with a comfortable bed and all the facilities one would want in a hotel room. We made full use of the spa which excellent and beyond reproach. The hotel restaurant Noot is fantastic and is the subject of a separate review. We will be coming to Parnu a lot over the next couple of years and will almost certainly stay here.

Review 86：As frequent travelers to Estonia we thought we would spoil ourselves with a trip to Parnu & a stay at what we thought would be a lovely Spa Hotel, Sadly this was not the case. Our room had an awful aroma ti it, i could only describe it as like a bad case of BO. Our shower cubicle had black mold & brown mold & the shower head was filthy. I did not feel confident about the quality of the water so felt it better to buy bottled water even to just brush my teeth. There was no coffee or tea making facilities in our room. We paid 68 Euro.s (special offer) for a double room. We did not feel that this was value for money nor did we feel like it was a luxury Spa Hotel. We could not recommend this hotel to anyone in anyway, We will not return to this hotel on future trips to Parnu.

Please note that every first Monday of the month is the maintenance day in the spa and sauna centre. On these days, spa and sauna centre opens for guests at 17:00. Maintenance days are: 04.01.2016, 01.02.2016, 07.03.2016; 04.04.2016; 02.05.2016; 06.06.2016; 04.07.2016; 08.08.2016; 05.09.2016; 03.10.2016; 07.11.2016; 05.12.2016.Please note that in high season - from 20.06. to 13.08. parking is available at an extra charge of EUR 7 per night.
