Review 1：no wi-fi (only at the ground floor), synthetic linen quite uncomfortable (unfortunately, often found in other hotels too)

Review 3：You needed a key to get into the garage. Tough to do when you haven't checked in yet and not much streetside parking.

Review 4：Room was very comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Staff was very helpful and courteous.

Review 13：No WiFi in room We had upgraded the room via Booking.com and had aconfirmation of this. But the hotel knew nothing about it. We got anupgraded room anyhow, and it was very much worth the extra euros!

Review 15：The wifi was shockingly bad - there was no signal in either room we booked, and even by the front desk it threw us off repeatedly. The four of us each have a different make of phone so it was definitely the hotels problem. The young man on reception could barely bring himself to tear his eyes away from his PC to talk to us.

Review 17：We were greeted by graffiti in the lift as we left the dark and dirty garage. In the passage outside our room people were smoking. Our room was spacious but had a very small double bed. Cleanliness was somewhat superficial. WiFi was unreliable and only functioned properly in the reception area. The breakfast selection was disappointing at this price level.

Review 20：The wifi was not working, at all. Railway is close by and amazing amount of traffic for this little city. So a warning for you - light sleepers. Breakfast was a standard german cheap one - random boiled eggs, toast, bread, jelly, yoghurt, ham, cheese, coffee, tea. Don't expect any porridge, scrambled eggs, omlette or bacon.

Review 24：Internet was not working even in the business room. Staff did no attemps to fix or compensate the problem. Despite of being at the shady side, the room became very hot (compared to other non-air-conditioned hotels). Possibly this was because of dirty ventilation filters ? While room was spacious, the double bed was smallish and pushed to a corner of the room.

Review 26：Not the easiest to find. Municipal signage fizzles out. Coming over the Rhine bridge, head for city centre. Turn left at splendid ice cream stall on the main square and follow your nose.

Review 32：I would stay again, but I would ask for a room to the back as mine faced the main road, so in the morning you can hear the traffic, but for the price, breakfast & central location (5-10mins from the train station) it is perfect for a night or two.

Review 33：Travelling for work arrived late at night. The staff were v.friendly & helpful. Spacious,clean room with a very strong power shower. The free breakfast is also has a wide selection & is very good.

Review 34：- no wifi in the evening, barely working in the morning, a major inconvenience on a business trip - loud (2. floor, facing street), you can hear every car passing by - the "double bed" was two twin beds pushed together, I h-a-t-e that, when will that ever stop in Germany??? Who stays in twin shares with two adults sharing a room, does anybody do that still? - bed was not very comfortable, but that's a personal taste thing - breakfast basically ok, but Cappuccino was extra

Review 39：-The beautiful eyes and the hair of the young pretty German girl who served me in reception when I checked in. -I had to wake up really early in the morning for and although the breakfast time was later than that the kind and gentle man in reception allowed me to have some food and coffee before the long drive.

Not enough pillows and when I asked for more after looking was told there was none I could have as the hotel was full but then they found some for me. No main light in the bedroom area of the room was all lamps.

Review 41：This was a 2 night stay and was convenient location for the purpose that we was in Germany for. Nice big room. Had a kitchen area to use and free wifi. Breakfast was great as there is a huge choice. Staff very friendly and welcoming . Secure parking under the hotel.

The breakfast with a wide variety of fresh assortments, the room, the location (many restaurants close by and a huge shopping facility in comfortable walking distance), parking, internet. Especially - and this is hard to find in Germany - the staff was outstanding and very helpful. Outstaying our "Welcome" at breakfast ? "No problem. Do you mind if we clear the other tables ? May we bring you anything from the buffet before we start clearing ?" Outstaying our "Welcome" in the parking garage way beyond our check out time ? "No problem, you can park your car as long as you wish"... These are the "small" things that make the difference ! We really felt "welcome" at this hotel. I feel very comfortable in recommending this place.

Review 113：1) two seperate beds. Afterwards I noticed that ordering a double bed is an option which costs extra. This is not realy clear if you book over the booking.com-website. 2) sauna was unavailable due to maintenance but I have strong believe that it is permanently closed.

Review 117：You have to go to the reception for a key of the parking garage. Limited parking places. Small shower, no internet connection. No restaurant, you have to out for a proper meal. The location, on a crossing is also not nice, as you cannot sleep with anopen window, due to the traffic noice.

There were not very many eating establishments in close proximity to the hotel, and the hotel's bistro offered a very limited menu consisting of pizza or a sandwich.
