Review 1：Restaurant was closed at the time of my stay (Nov 2015) due to lack of people. Lack of possibilities to have dinner outside.

Review 3：A shame that towels etc were a little worn. Newer towels would have created a more sumptuous and cleaner impression.

Review 5：It was warm, around 75f outside and humid. Room was very stuffy and tooka long time to cool down. Couldn't close room darkening curtainsbecause then no fresh air would come in so I woke up early because of6am sunrise. A fan would have helped.

Review 7：The only negative thing would be the bed. The bed was comfortable but I had asked for a double and we got two singles. I also found the duvet could have been bigger and fluffier as well as the pillows. I was thankful that they provide an extra in the wardrobe.

Review 8：Hotel staff are friendly, the hotel is in the perfect location for us and the hotel room was clean. Also love the free wifi and the breakfast was excellent.

Review 9：Wi-Fi. First, it costs six euros per device for 24 hrs. Second, ours ran out after less than 24 hrs and reception was not sympathetic and insisted on paying the full 12 euros. Not impressed.

Review 11：Bathroom door did not fit properly - privacy nil. Room and bathroom were not clean; dust and miscellaneous hair in both, pillows smelled of stale sweat. No air-con, window overlooking concrete delivery alley was noisy in morning. Member of staff was abusive, rude and intimidating to my 70 year old mother. I would never go back, and recommend anyone to seek other accommodation. I would have found this a substantial disappointment for a three-star hotel, and indeed all other 3 star places I have stayed in the region were fantastic by comparison.

Review 45：I only have one complaint about the hotel, it was hot in my room for the majority of the night. I even slept with the window wide-open and only closed it because it started to rain. I know air conditioning is not common in Europe but with a room on the 4th floor it might help to put something in there to help with the heat.

Review 49：The hotel is in the city centre, access from train station is very easy and takes maybe 7-10 min walking in a pedestrian area. The room is very basic, no air conditioning, breakfast is ok.
