Review 1：The hotel had all the elements of a 5 star, however it is quite dated, the rooms would benefit from some modernising. The bathroom also required modernising, the shower curtain did have mould around the bottom which is unacceptable in a hotel of this rating.

Review 2：A perfect tranquil location alongside the deer reserve and marina. We upgraded to a suite as the standard double was too small to hold the extra bed we'd requested, this worked out great as the suite was terrific, it had a large open plan lounge and dining area, in addition to a good sized seperate bedroom. Also, we had a huge corner balcony. The breakfast was fantastic with good quality and variety. The a la carte restaurant provided excellent food but at a premium price.

Review 3：Very clearaudient. Wedding celebration could be heard untill 3.30 a.m. Every step of a person in the upper room could be followed. We couldn't sleep untill 5 a.m.

Review 24：We were offered an upgrade but it was a really bad room next to the heating duct. We complained but they still made us pay the upgrade.

Review 29：I stayed in standard double room and I must say that this room does not correspond to the level of five-star hotel at all. In general, the room looked not "fresh" like no one was staying in this room for a long time and no one checked whether room is in order before my arriving: shower was not in order, light bulb in a table lamp burned out and not replaced (I had to take the bulb out of the floor lamp and use it). There is no mini-bar in the room and no drinking water. This is somewhat spoiled my mood and impression of the hotel. But further visit to the restaurant and a lovely dinner in the amazing atmosphere to fix everything.

Review 30：Staff at the reception - very profrssional and very kind. You Immediately fill yourself like a very welocome guest in this house. The atmosphere in the hotel and in the restaurant is very nice. The restaurant serves delicious meals and very good drinks to them. It was amazing. Quite fast internet in the room. Possible to work. I arrived to the hotel in the evening and overnighted one night only. That's why I didn't use all service and equipment this nice hotel grants to the guests - it's a pitty. Hopefully, I will do it next time.

Review 31：The suite we got was´nt clean, dirty towel on the bathroom floor and cobwebs in the ceilings, the suite was quite cold at arrival. A bit outdated furniture in the room.

Review 34：Everything was perfect: a clean and nice room, swimming pool and sauna that were open 6-23. There was a fantastic restaurant with a sea view where I ate amazing ribeye stake. Mountain bikes are available for free. You can also take a map with routes on reception. I followed one and had a great experience of wild nature with plently of deers.
