Review 1：Though Parking (motorcycle) was free and public, as advertised, would prefer secure parking. Not enough to put us off this hotel.

Review 9：We really liked the attitude of the owner and all staff. Whenever we asked they we willing to do maximum for our comfort even if our communication was somehow difficult because of our poor knowledge of German language. We are planning to come again and will recommend this place to all our friends
Review 10：Our waitress forgot to place our order for dinner - so there was a longdelay till we asked about it. Then she was so apologetic we could not betoo upset.
Review 11：We had a large, comfortable room overlooking the Rhine.The hotel was welcoming, quiet and traditional in a warm and pleasing style. We would certainly choose to stay there again as it is one of the best places we have found along the Rhine.
Review 12：Unfortunately the smell from the kitchens filtered into the main entrance, and our room. Probably due to our visit being in February, so not so many windows opened. Also, we were surprised there was no internet access - not difficult to provide these days at very little additional expense to the owners.
Review 13：The staff were very friendly and helpful, our friends arrived very early and were given access to their room. Our rooms have a lovely view over the river, and the hotel's location was excellent, right next to the river in St Goar. The restaurant in the evening was good - the cabbage in wine was particularly delicious.
