Review 1：One of my friends i was traveling with had lost her passport. The staff had found it and when we noticed it missing they mailed it to one of our following locations on our travel. Thank you so much!

Review 2：Located in industrial area and felt like check in was warehousing us into our unit! Never experienced this before. Hard to locate but actually not far from train to airport.

Review 22：The main door to the guesthouse was closed when I arrived, luckily there was a girl from the neightbour office who knew where to get the key. WiFi credentials wasn't provided right away, I had to call the owner, who wasn't any fluent in english - spent a lot of money on my roaming.

Review 25：As a family of 5 (3 children (8,5 &4)) finding hotels that will take all in the same room is a challenge - most only accepting 4 at max. This was perfect sleep over location, no frills but immaculatly clean,comforatable beds with duvets and all in same room.

Review 26：i was informed by booking.com that i would have NOTHING to pay when i arrived. but I was told when i arrived that i had to pay the invoice balance of 225 euros! this was was un-expected and took a huge part of my holiday budget, No staff when we arrived and had to call to gain entrance. I will not use this hotel again and will not use booking.com again as the payments caused me huge problems when in a foreign country,

Review 28：I would like directions from the airport or train station related tostops, etc. since we did not have transportation. Additionally, if wehad not had someone pick us up who spoke German we would have hadproblems. Pictures and statements misrepresented what actually we gotfor the money we spent.
