Review 1：The staff was absent most of the time, we could only see any of them during breakfast. If we wanted contact we had to ring a number. We felt like we were living in a bed and breakfast hotel, not a hotel.

Review 13：They don't know how to process American visa - Mastercard. Americancards require a signature, and they don't know how to do that. Youwill have to pay cash. Unacceptable.

Review 15：Beware of the steep steps if you have knee issues. When I arrived, I didn't know how to get my room key. Luckily someone knew where the keys are kept and gave me the envelope. An email ahead of time would help.
Review 16：The hotel has character. It's a charming older place. Our room was big. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is close to the cute downtown area. I would love to return.
