Review 1：The night we checked in there was no heating or hot water. Despite knowing of the problem since 6.30pm we were not aware til 9. Staff were extremely unhelpful and unsympathetic.
Review 2：Very large room; well stocked mini bar although one miniature was half empty!
Review 3：Breakfast service miserable and had to ask for food replenishment. No air conditioning in room. Seems to be run on a shoestring with inadequate numbers of staff. Sour and unfriendly level of service so wont be back for a fifth stay as its going downhill
Review 4：It is a good location t walk into town and spacious. Adequately decorated but in need of some love and care. when we asked for pillows and a fan we got them immediately
Review 5：For breakfast, small thermos pot with coffee already on upon arrival - but the coffee in this pot was cold. Would expect that they bring the coffee fresh when the guest arrives and requests coffee (or tea). Wi-fi free in room for 24h but seemed very slow...

Review 9：Nothing to complain about. I suppose not the best views in the world from the rooms. If visiting Worms some might prefer a hotel in the town as though only a 15 minute walk it it might unnerve some as it is not through the most salubrious part part of town.

Had scrambled eggs, bacon... and the normal tasty breakfast.

Review 27：The hotel's restaurant was closed to guests on my first night's stay, aSaturday evening, which meant a quarter of an hour's unattractive walkin the dark in to Worms town to find somewhere to eat, The bar did notappear to be open over the two nights I stayed at the hotel. Thereceptionist on my checkout was unfriendly - all the other staff atbreakfasts and reception were friendly and professional.
