Review 1：The kitchen was not well equipped and washing up items were only provided when asked. Microwave did not work. The street noise was a problem at night. Payment with the travel debit card resulted in excessive charges, suggest payment in cash.

Review 3：the location was near to restaurants ,and shops, and the hotel was surprisingly quiet, even though it was fully booked, the beds were very comfortable, we would definitely stay here again.

Review 4：Rooms could have been better equipped with toaster or even kettle. Plumbing a bit antiquated. Wifi non existent in 3rd floor room but good on ground floor.

Review 6：The bathroom smelt so bad you couldn't stay in there for more than a few minuets the smell made your eyes run and and came through into the bedroom, I asked for a quiet room but the one I got over looked the main St where the young obviously hung out, cars with radios on full blast and a motor bike kept going up and down until the early hours. I'm afraid the guy on duty didn't seem to know what he was doing. I'm glad I was only staying for one night.

Review 8：There was no hot water for a shower in the morning, water was cold... showers are hand held. There was no kettle in the Kitchenette, seemed basics were lacking

Review 10：There was no microwave oven, kettle nor coffee maker in the kitchen area. I had to boil water in a small saucepan. Every night scooter riders raced round the streets revving their engines. To be fair that was not the fault of the hotel.

Review 11：The hotel is attractive inside and out and is good value for money. Being just of the main street, Calle Gerald Brenan, makes it very convenient. Also, there is a parking area just opposite the hotel.

Review 12：Nothing wrong with Hotel, you get what you pay for, But I found that the question on the booking.com form " special request" or whatever it was pointless. I stated that the apartment should be wheelchair friendly, we could not get to our apartment because the lift was not big enough to take the wheelchair. If you are going to take commission for taking a booking you should at least check to see if the facilities are right.

Review 14：got to the hotel last on Monday night needed to stay in area as we were picking up our cat from the cattery the next day...member of staff waiting for us...good english and the room was large so was bathroom...clean and basic but that's what we paid for...for one night stay it was fine...would stay again for one or two nights..

Review 17：Fab location just roudn the corner from Dani's...very clean room with a kitchenette (which we weren't expecting and was an added bonus)...the staff were great..and the reception is manned 24hrs. Would recommend and would definitley use again.

Review 56：A single room is around Euro 30 per night, the hob and fridge aresufficient for simple meals and many cafes and restaurants are within a5 minute walk. The location is central but quiet.

When asked for hotwater and toilet paper got "nil comprende". We"comprended" and left for a more civilized establishment.
