Review 1：Bit of a stench in the room, probably due to a dry sewage disposal. Lack of reception or staff might make the place a bit "cold".

Review 2：At the waterfront, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Clean, well appointed building and rooms (with patio). Check in / check out fully automated and (therefore) quick. Big choice for breakfast in a homely kitchen-like room. Value for money.

Review 3：WiFi sooo slow. No microwave or toaster. No air conditioning or fans (Very uncomfortable during hot weather as we discovered). En-suite bathroom toilet not cleaned properly - stank of urine.

Review 5：Modern, spacious room, pleasant outside area with cafe table, nice and sunny in the evening. Beds comfortable. Everything was clean except the floor had plenty of clumps of dust everywhere. We did have a little difficulty with getting in - the code and then trying to decide which was our envelope. It was sorted with a phone call though which was great. It also helped that we met staff in the foyer later who helped with information on where to find places. Local supermarket for shampoo etc not far to walk. Pleasant evening stroll just outside the door.

Review 6：- Wi-fi only worked on the main entrance of the apartment. - The HDTV antenna is too weak on getting the signal. I had to move the TV near the window to get it working. - No Breakfast on weekends. (The café in front of the hotel has a nice breakfast, though).

Review 7：+ Location + View from the Penthouse (Little Belt Bridge and the Sea) + Lots of free parking available in front/near the hotel + Spacious apartment + New furniture. Laundry machine, cutlery, cookware, glassware and dish washers available in the apartment. + Jacuzzi (small but worked very nicely).

Review 8：We rented a suite with views, kitchen and bathroom. we got two interconnecting rooms with nothing with a suite to do. It was far from the laws view. an ordinary sleepingroom , and certainly not something that belongs to a suite. No bathtub as promised. and no kitchen as promised. We booked a luxury stay and fine a mediocre hotel stay, without service

Review 10：There are no staff on premises. Technically you can call someone 24 hours a day, but when we called on the night we arrived, because the internet was not working, we just got a recorded message and no response (but next day the internet was back on). Also, while the parking is good, the doors into the parking are ridiculously small, and risk damage to cars.

Review 11：Really nice apartment in a pleasant town right in the middle of Denmark. Ideal for seeing Denmark really, as you can get to both the west and Copenhagen with little trouble. Apartment was spacious, appliances all worked well. Within walking distance from stores, including a great butcher. Great view of one of Denmark's long bridges, which is surprisingly pretty, even though simple.

Review 14：Steep stairs to the upper loft in the apartment, not suitable for small kids. Wi-fi did not work the whole time properly, but mostly very well.

Review 15：Great location, great views. Excellent apartment with jacuzzi and lots of space. Nice city, nice walking area and lots of playgrounds for kids. From Middelfart easy to visit Legoland ja Givskud Zoo. Also Madsby Legepark is nearby (Fredericia).Great help from the Middelfart Tourist Office, lots of activities available.

Review 16：a day in summer is long, so need to improve curtain, ie.thicker to make room darker. roof room is good, but a bit dangerous to climb, it is too high.

Review 18：We enjoyed a week of vacation in Middelfart and were very satisfied with the hotel. We had a very nice apartment, with a beautiful view over the Belt and even a jaccuzi.

Review 21：no info in apartment on how to get wifi - owner tried to tell me over the phone when I rang but I could not hear him clearly enough to get the password residual smell of cig smoke from previous tenants who had ignored smoking ban no info about what to do with rubbish no info on what to do/how to exit in the event of fire the garage we paid for had another car in it when we got the door open, fortunately we managed to find the person who left it there and sort it out ourselves

Review 27：Disappointed but that is how it is. No staff onsite which we knew beforehand, but does not give a comfortable feeling in the end. TV/Satellite was not functioning upon arrival. Cleaning staff was asked to help out in the morning 9am. Nothing was done about it. Phone call at 9pm - it took 1 hour to have somebody on site. Imagine something serious would be happening!!! There was no cleaning done in our room and towels were not changed. Response from the Hotel: we are not a hotel (?!?) The hotel management did not respond properly to our official complaint form (rude). The value for money is hard to defend. There must be better places to stay in Middelfart. Breakfast service on weekends in not available neither (which we knew in advance). Hotel mgt says we have to read the General Terms and Conditions which they send in a seperate mail after you book with Booking.com. You can always cancel your reservation ahead of time and free of charge which we advise every traveller to do (we forgot to do that which is our mistake). Overall we are disappointed, but after our experience everybody would, I guess.

Review 44：It was at least weird to deal with a "DIY-Hotel", there is nostaff on site! There was just one toiler roll, there was no shapoo orshower-gel, no hairdryer as well, the tv didn't work even followingthe precise instructions left by the hotel. There was a big yellow-ishstain on the right side of the bed sheet. We left a note for the hotelwith all these issues and they replied, which is good, but just to saythat in case of problems we should have called them. No the easiest whenCustomers come from abroad.

Review 45：The hotel is very "modern", minimalist but with goodquality. The view from the front facing rooms is amazing. The cleaninglady in the morning was very nice and kind, showed us one of the sea-viewing rooms and helped us with instructions to visit the town andthe nearby Odense.

Review 46：Details: The management should consider that the totally marginal savings made by only providing a refill bottle of "body soap", rather than the standard hotel set of soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc, and by only providing the basic few TV channels are by far out-weighted by the negative impression it will leave on especially families (but also business people) visiting -- the place is otherwise ideal for both. Not even TV2 or TV2 News are included, and much less any international news channels. This is a miscalculation. Shape up -- you can only gain from doing so!
