Review 1：APART FROM THE ORIGNAL GREETING AT RECEPTION WHEN I ARRIVED AND BEING HANDED MY KEY. AS WAS NOT INFORMED OF THE HOTEL FACILITIES OR WHAT WAS AVAILABLE TO USE, INCLUDING THE SWIMMING POOL, WHICH I ENDED UP NOT USING AS I WAS UNSURE OF THE ARRANGEMENTS. THE ROOM DID NOT HAVE A WELCOME BOOKLET WHICH EXPLANED THE FACILITIES EITHER. SO I HAD TO DISCOVER THINGS FOR MYSELF RATHER THAN BEING SHOWN OR TOLD.

Review 2：THE FOOD IN THE RESTAURANT WAS LOVELY AND AT BREAKFAST THERE WAS A WIDE SELECTION OF CHOICE.

Review 7：Noise from radiator and a hard smell of drain at the bathroom. Noise from other guests. It was impossible to use the WIFI.
