Review 1：Couldn't pay with credit card. It was well written on the conditions, but i don't always read them all and wasn't expecting there's still someone who do not accept credit cards Can be a huge problem in case of a prolonged stay.

Review 5：What a treasure. This spacious, beautiful and charming apartment wasperfect for our family of 5. Our girls loved the unique feel of thisfarmhouse home. Cozy yet it had all the modern updates and conveniences.The apartment is spotless clean and has the best kitchen! You just showup with a bag of groceries and you can whip up anything in the stockedkitchen. Great appliances and almost every utensil. The view is stunningand the community surrounding is beautiful. I wish we stayed longer.Next time we will stay longer and bring our bikes.Oh one last thing. They have washer and dryer facilities in the building. I didn't plan to use them but ended up doing some laundry. It was great have there.

Review 6：Luna Mia apartments were fabulous! We stayed in apartment 5 which was very spacious and included lovely sitting and dining areas. The views of the mountains from the balcony were beautiful and we found it very easy to bike everywhere. Easy access to the castles, restaurants, etc. We'd like to come back and stay longer!

Review 7：I don't know why you insist on paying in cash since you can accept credit cards or you wouldn't have needed a credit card for the reservation

Review 9：Too many spiders and spider webs in the house. Kitchen had some missing items like tongs. Sauces and spices were also not provided for, so you have to bring your own. Apartments on the lower level are smaller but more suitable for families with children and older folks. And of course the weather was rainy 4 of 5 days we were there.

Review 11：We stayed in Luna Mia 2 for five nights and felt almost like at home – everything was very well thought of. It was a very comfortable place to come back after a whole day of skiing – fully equipped kitchen, floor heating all over the place, two very clean and modern bathrooms, heated storage for the skies and a beautiful view on the mountains. The location is perfect – five minutes’ drive to the ski pistes, lots of places to eat close by and it was very quiet and peaceful. Looking forward to come back.

Review 12：No TV in the dinning room. No enough amenities in toilets. No breakfast, and no room service (cleaning rooms) And it's expensive comparing to other hotels

The Location is just great - a lovely walk of about 25 minutes brings you to the old part of Fuessen with it's many restaurants. A hidden gem - we will definitely be back!

Review 47：Large single block chalet with 2 levels. big living area with a pretty nice CD player to play music with to get you into a nice mood. You feel like you're the only person in the world with the quietness. very well equipment kitchen. Nice bed and shower. Floor heating too i think? It is only 10 mins drive from the fairytale castle. That's the only reason we chose to stay there. Private parking with no charges. When leaving, just put the keys in the fruit bowl. Nice friendly owner.

Review 49：Spacious rooms and fully equipped kitchen. 2 bathrooms was a plus. Great location with early morning mountains scene. very close to the castles and all other attractions. We were 4 people and we enjoyed our stay.

Review 50：Just a very minor thing: Because we booked only a few days in advance, our booking was somehow lost. Luckily the caretaker was very kind and gave us an equivalent apartment with no problem. Perhaps because it is the winter off-season, the typical staff did not receive our booking. In any case, I would recommend calling if you book during the winter months.

Review 51：It was a beautiful location, very close to Neuschwanstein, and the apartment itself was very clean, modern, and very big. We only stayed one night but it would have been nice to stay longer.

Review 52：It's only a recommendation as i plan to come back next year: To put net in the windows so we could leave them open and enjoy the fresh air without the fear of rats or insects creeping inside the house. But overall, we really really loved the place and loved the owners more.

Review 53：The house is beautifull. The family, owning and managing the house are so so so kind and nice. The room is spacious, bath is clean, the heater inside the house is excellent. I stayed 2 weeks in germany, and the people there are very helpful.

Review 55：We - myself and hubby, my two teenagers and my parents - loved Luna Mia (Apt 3). The location could not be beat. Beautiful surroundings everywhere you look. The apartment was very spacious with stainless steel appliances and granite counter top in kitchen. The bathrooms were luxurious.

Review 56：We liked the openness of the space (even with 6 people it felt like lots of room), the decor (especially in the master bathroom), the functionality of the kitchen, and the very comfortable exit we had right into the front yard with the lawn chairs and our own patio table. Of course the location was superb - we thoroughly enjoyed having a 'home base' for daily biking trips around the the lakes and mountains. All in all, it was excellent. We felt right at home.

Review 58：Open plan - basically two big rooms. We used the fold-down sofa bed but there was no mattress, so we had to busk something with cushions. The place was full of mosquitoes so we were bitten all over. No provision to deal with this in the accommodation. Not so much as a tea bag in the kitchen area.

Review 61：We arrive late in the evening, it's really really dark around the house, no lobby and no notice in prior. And, the price i think, much higher than other same level hotels.

Review 64：It is by no means a negative, but as we arrived by train we needed to take a taxi to the location. There was no one there to greet us so we tried to call the number on our booking form. Not understanding how to call in Germany, we were apparently calling the number and getting someone else who could not speak English and kept hanging up on us. Eventually we went to a nearby hotel and they called for us and organised someone to come out. This was unpleasant but worked out in the end and certainly was not the fault of Luna Mia. A word of advice for others, give an expected time of arrival, and understand how to call in Germany (the number is different if you are using a German SIM card as we were).

Review 65：We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Luna Mia 2 and would not hesitate to recommend it (and have) to anyone wanting a relaxing, hassle-free break away. Our host was friendly and very helpful, speaking excellent English. This was truly a beautiful experience in a gorgeous location. We lacked for nothing in comfort, convenience, and style. We fell in love with this part of Germany and felt we could have stayed for longer (we were there 3 nights).

Review 66：Would have appreciated some basic foodstuffs like salt and pepper ,sugar,condiments etc as this was our first apartment after staying several nights in hotels. Couldn't find any table mats!

Review 67：Liked the spacious living areas.The shower facilities. Liked the location on the edge of the village overlooking the countryside and especially the view of the mountains and sunset fro the balcony. We only stayed one night but we thought the village looked interesting with good facilities and more pleasant than the night we spent in a hotel in Fussen .Owners spoke very good English and were pleasant and easy to deal with.Would consider staying a week some in the future as we liked the area.

Review 68：Excellent, really excellent, hotel. We stayed in detached Luna Mia 1 Apartment. Very modern and cosy little house located ideally (car is recommended if you stay in Luna Mia but not obligatory) - quiet place, perfect views. Everything you may need - restaurants, backery, shops, milk delivery is quite close but you live not in overcrowded city but in a quiet and close to nature place. And, for sure, brilliant owners - extremely helpful, intelligent and nice. It wasn't even a stay "like at home" - it was much better. We'll come back, for sure.

Review 69：This was our second stay with Luna Mia, and it was equally asexceptional as the first. This time, we travelled as our family of 5plus 3 extended family members. We were in the 2-story cabin for 8 inthe restored restaurant/cookbook printer's building. It was a perfectcabin for our group, allowing privacy for each faction and greatlounge/assembly areas for together time. The location is ideal foranyone wanting to visit the "Ludwig castles". Winter sports are nearbyand abundant(but some require transport). The owners are very friendly,helpful, and are fluent in English. We will definitely stay again if wereturn to the area.
