Review 1：the area around the pool needs urgently improving not enough information regarding the menu in the restautant

Review 3：The cupboards for clothes could not be opened. We had asked for a room and balcony to the South. But the room we got was northfacing. There were not always Water to flush the toilet, and the toilet was Loose. The powerswitch to turn on the light on the balcony was not in order. The beds were in poor condition.

Review 5：We had a baby with us and when we asked for a kettle so we could make up a bottle of baby formula the gentleman on reception just shrugged his shoulders saying they had no kettles as they had all been stolen.

Review 7：Slighty old and beat up in certain areas of the hotel. no beach access except 80 stairs down after walking around outside of hotel through what felt like a waste land. Pool bar closed (off season, Sep 19-20)

Review 9：Insufficient local shops- only one about a mile walk up and down a very big hill and a longer walk to the nearest restaurants. The actual apartments although decent are in a "tired" condition and need some work done to the very quickly.

It almost felt and sounded broken The iron in the room was very old and they only had one steam iron at reception which someone had taken out The bar wasn't open during the day nor was the poolside bar so was unable to get a cold drink whilst sunbathing by the pool

Review 12：I have stayed here a few times before and love it. The staff was friendly. Helpful and polite It was my friends birthday whilst we was there and someone came to the room with a bottle of wine & and a cake. Which was such a lovely and unexpected gesture from the hotel

Review 22：Location. Free entertainment for kids for most of day and into evening is very good. Beaches are very close and restaurants about 10 mins walk. Having a kitchen in the apartment is very handy and saves money.

Review 23：The location suited our family however we did hire a car which I would recommend. The pool was great, 24 hour reception, safe deposit boxes for a small fee, easy access to beautiful beaches.

Review 24：A little remote, car hire made it a better experience. All the guests were Spanish, but the organisers made a great effort to include our kids. Large area of the pool was out of adult depth. Not enough sun beds.

Review 30：The hotel allows pets which is a shame when you suffer from allergic reactions. And why do they change staff so often? That way of acting makes the hotel lose it's familiar feeling.

I booked this hotel for a special wedding gift for my brother and his wife as it was close to a restaurant that I was taking them to in the hills.It was well maintained and very clean. We had a lovely view and we very pleased with our stay, We would certainly book again for a longer stay.

Review 78：Most of the staff were pleasant and very helpful. Un fortunately, the taxi that I had ordered a week before flying, to collect us from the airport, failed to show. Several phone calls later, and 45 minutes of waiting around, resulted in us getting an airport taxi instead. No apology on arrival which did not give a very good first impression!

Out seasons so not busy during our stay.Pool lovely. NIce town/village just down the road with many eating places, recommend the food in the first restaurant isla de chipre.

Review 81：...Our balcony was located immediately above the kitchen and restaurant. There was relentless compressor noise from fridges and aircon 24/7. Appt. 334... Didn't ruin our break...

Restaurants about 15 mins walk. More to do and see, if you have a car... and there's loads of free parking (out of season). Impressed with daily maid service and clean towels every day. Would happily stay again, but in a different apartment...

Review 83：The apartment was not clean,I cleaned the bedroom.In the drawer was a booking form from July 2013.Stained furniture .kitchen sink unclean. Broken bedroom furniture .bedside lamp not working.the list is endless.

Iswear if I had known about this I'd have never stayed there even forfree. Avoid. Never wanna go through this again.
