Review 1：Although we have arrived on time, there was no reception and we had to wait like 10 min in cold outside of the entrance after a long driving. Because the lady had to come from somewhere else to welcome us.

Review 5：It was a big apartment but only with 1 toilet to share for us 4 people (it could even accommodate 6 with the sofa bed). The bed in the room was rather small. No lift up to the 2nd floor (We were in Luna 3. Luna 2 is on the ground floor).

Review 6：Great quaint little apartment with good facilities for cooking, cleaning etc. Very lovely view which was peaceful and in a great neighbourhood walking distance to one restaurant. We had a car, so location-wise, we feel it was just 5 minutes drive to the castle area. Free parking. Very value for money (maybe half of what you might pay in the castle area).

Review 10：We simply loved the location! only 5 minutes form Neuschwanstein castle enabled us to get our tickets and have a rest until our hour was due. Also going to Munich the next morning was opposite the traffic! Overall it's a great place and I will definitely return to it.

Review 12：The location is perfect for Neuschwanstein and Linderhof Palace. I highly recommend staying here! There are opportunities to visit nearby towns such as Füssen and Pfronten which has Falkenstein Brewery. The beer and food there is delicious.

Review 13：No extras here and not really any assistance in getting any. Might be good for a couple staying a week but not for a family staying a couple nights. Two beds, one of which is an uncomfortable sofa bed. Not even some coffee on site or directions to a local store where we could get some. Nearest breakfast at another hotel a couple streets over at 13,50 euro/person.

Review 15：There is no reception, so you need to call them and tell them your arrival time. Sometimes it's difficult to plan ahead, and I was quite worried about the possibility of us not getting the room key.

Review 16：The room is quite spacious, and the kitchen is very well-equiped. I really felt at home. Neuschwanstein is a very touristy place and we had some unpleasant experiences during the day, so it was really comforting that this aparment was so nice and relaxing. There is an information packet in the room, which tells you about restaurants, bakery (for breakfast) and even milk stand of a local farmer! I wished we had it sent by email beforehand.

Review 17：This condo was plenty large enough for a family of 5 and offered very convenient access to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles. The land lady who checked us in was very nice and offered plenty of excellent options for food and fun during our stay.

Review 20：It was April and there was snow, when we woke up, it looked like a picture from one Christmas card, where the scenery was blanketed with snow. Lukas was very helpful and even though we arrived nearly midnight, he helped us checked in. Great starting point if you want to visit the Neuschwanstein Castle

Review 21：Nice place to stay, living room a bit small but other then that very comfortable. Friendly staff. Hot water wasn't working but got fixed straight away after we rang.

Review 22：Enough room for three adults and two children. We stayed only a couple of days. There was so much to be seen that we were only in the apartment to sleep, eat breakfast and shower. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. We would stay again.

Review 23：I dont know why Hotels allowed us to book a place that was unavailable. I don't know why we weren't informed right away about the change. If I hadn't emailed the owners the night before we left to confirm, I'm sure we would not have known until we arrived. It worked out ok, but caused me to lose confidence in what I see in Hotels website.

Review 24：We actually didn't get to stay at Haus Luna because it was under renovation. We were moved to the Luna Blanca apartments, which were very nice. Super clean, like brand new, VERY well-stocked kitchen with brand new appliances, huge beautiful bathroom, balcony, 2 bedrooms, it was really comfortable!

Review 25：I appreciate the laundry facility, however the dryer takes more than an hour to finish. It may not be fast enough for travelers who are staying for a night yet need to clean their clothes.

Review 28：The manager was really nice and spoke good English. The facilities were fabulous except there was no toaster for breakfast but that was hardly a big deal. It was really close to the Neuschwanstein Castle. Easy to find, lovely pub nearby for dinner. Lovely town.

Review 29：I was travelled with my car. I wondered if I hadn't my car, how I can visit the Castle and near the place to visit. Accommodation is quite far away to Castle.

Review 31：There was only one parking space for cars. At NO fault of the owner, my husband parked in the small car park in a spot that was assumed to be an extra space. Unfortunately, it was not an extra space an belonged to someone else. (No signs posted saying private parking or no parking) When we woke up and tried to leave, my husband's car was blocked in by the owner of the car. Had we had an emergency, we would not have been able to leave. It was quite unfriendly and not very forgiving for a misunderstanding on the spaces in the small car park. So if you are traveling with more than one car, please ask the property owner where to park, we did not. It was quite stressful trying to find the owner of the car who blocked us in. Again, this situation was at no fault of the property or the owner of the property! Just don't want another guest to run into such an uncharitable situation.

Review 32：This location was ideal for a visit to Schwangau and Colomannfest. It was very clean and provided enough room for four adults and two children.

Review 40：The location was fantastic. Great access to the town. The privacyafforded to us in our apartment and the position in the village wassuperb. The room size was great and really comfortable for relaxing. Thelandlady was so kind and friendly that it was pleasant to see herwalking in the town and ask her for more tips about how to enjoy thevacation. Extremely clean apartment with great working wifi. Although welived in Luna 4, we only needed to climb two floors to Luna 4.Weexpected 4. Castle Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau are a good healthywalking distance away. Distance is not too far to castle town ticketcenter and to Fussen city centre. Taxi to hbf and 10 minutes waitingtime is approximately 15 Eur. Also the lake Forggensee is close andboats can be rented to row across the river. Bikes can be rented closeby too. Lastly walking around the town, we appreciated the authenticfarm smell that brought back sweet memories from a happy childhood.

Review 42：Stayed overnight at Luna 4 for 3 adults...it was a nice place to take a break! The house manager is friendly, recommended places to visit, and even offered us a courtesy call to have a dinner reservation for us at the restaurant nearby. He also offered a discount coupon for the castle visits. :) Awesome! The room was really a non-smoking room but the house manager told us the ones before us smoked so it did left a smell... anyway, the smell was quickly gone after opening the doors. We appreciate his honesty and friendliness.

Review 43：If you don't have bicycles, a car is necessary. It is a bit too far to walk to most destinations.

Close to castles and walking/biking trails without being in the center of all the tourist activity. It has a nice quiet neighborhood. Review 80：As requested we emailed details of our arrival time and tried to phone about 30 min before arrival. However, there was no response to our emails/phone calls and we were not sure if or when someone would arrive to let us into the apartment. As it turned out the owner arrived soon afterwards, so it ended up well.

Review 85：We stayed in Luna 2, the room was really spacious for 4 adults and it was clean and comfortable. Fully equipped kitchen was handy, try the local brewery in Schwangau. If you are visiting neuschwanstein, the host will give you a 10% discount couple for castle admission ticket.

Review 86：Neuschwanstien is one of the most amazing places i have ever been. Haus Luna is near the beautiful castle, you can have a wonderful walk accros the fields to the castle. The accommodation was also amazing, very nice rooms in beautiful bavarian house, the owner was very nice lady, gave us some tips what to do, where to go out for dinner. Thank you so much, we will be coming back.

Review 94：The TV was out of function but the house owner did not check how to repair it. The house owner gave only 3 toilet rolls to me but I have 4 family members (including me). When I asked for further roll and she said that I have to buy additional toilet roll in this circumstance. The house owner was not helpful because she asked me to ring for taxi by myself at the begining but the room did not have any telephone. She did so when I explained that it was not sensible for me to ring simply a taxi through my IDD call in Fussen. The location of flat was awful because it was located in the middle of the bus-stop. Every bus was full of passengers and I could not get on the bus. It was one of the worst flats in my trip this time.

It offered a nice kitchen and great location (not far from the Kristall Therme, short walk/drive to restaurants in Schwangau, but not in the center of town). Very relaxing. The owner and staff were also very helpful, pointing out all the local sights and assisting in reservations.

Review 120：Everything was wonderful! We arrived late but they waited for us and gave us a ton of useful info about the area and everything we could need or want to do. We ended up changing our plans because of more things to do in the area than we thought. His advice took us to a local brewery where they had live music! The apt was very cozy and nicely furnished. Perfect location for everything.
