Review 1：The double bed offered in the room seemed for me more likely as 1,5 size bed... Also the ceiling/floor seems a bit thin, easy to hear steps and noises from the room on the 2nd floor (we were on the 1st floor). Otherwise the stay was ok.

Review 2：Good location if you are with the car. Windows to the garden side. Breakfast was pretty OK. Nice and helpfull staff. Very close to the biggest shopping center in town! :)

Review 3：The ones who booked with booking.com got the rooms where the bathroom was totally under water after having a shower. Personal knew about fault, but you had to ask actively for a cleaner.

Review 9：The floor in the bath room was badly designed in a way that water didn't go to the drain but wet the whole bathroom. The blankets and mattresses could be cleaner. The sheets were clean, though.

Review 15：Comfortable bed,clean bathroom, but a little cold as outside temperature was falling down. On the whole I enjoyed my stay.

Review 28：Dirty walls in the room, interior old and ugly and looks very used. Mattress uncomfy. Bathroom/shower was disgusting. Mold, limestone and smell of mold. Considering the price, not worth it.

Review 29：I made a reservation for double room. We got twin and when I went to ask, then- they have only very few double rooms in there, and they were already taken. SAT-tv was just few channels, not SAT-tv. Cobwebs all over the window. Shower is not fixed- not possible to use properly. Hand-towel was so tirty, that we didn`t use it. Etc. Luckily it was more about the company, not about the hotel.

Review 35：After having to sleep with cold shower (on a 12c night), we walk up andafter 10 min there was no water at all and no warning in advance!!

Review 36：Hotel is simple and clean, staff explain they had a piping work but itshould be back to normal, just had to let the water run through the pipeto clean it and hot water would come. We put our luggages at the room(close to 8pm) and left to eat. When came back there was no hot water atthe hotel and the new receptioninst had no alternatives to offer. Atleast next day the previous receptionist was fair enough not to chargeus for the room!! Well done!!

Review 39：They catered for our needs really well. We were in Tartu to ski theTartu Maraton and they provided a place for us to wax our skiis andearly breakfast on the day of the race. The room was quite large whichsuited us as we had a lot of gear. Off street parking and internetaccess is also good. A large shopping centre nearby was also convenient.
