Review 1：The beds are so uncomfortable. Im 7.5 months pregnant and although I'm already having trouble sleeping the bed made it worse.

Review 3：I was very exited to spend some time away with my partner at Grand Bahia Principe El Portillo but for me a 5 start hotel need a lot of attention to details and unfortunately it came so short . The female staff at the front desk had no clue what is included in the all-inclusive package.They are the face of the hotel they should be telling me how to take advantage of the facilities (I say the female because the guys were more informed ) as the guest I shouldn't be the one giving them information about that, they should know by heart what the hotel offers,they didn't even know what a Kayak was.For a 5 star hotel, no wi-fi in most places is not acceptable,a so limited wi-fi policy (1h free per day only in the lobby and you have to use it all at once) very inconvenient and annoying, even the public buses have wi-fi in them there.At the buffet area exterminating flies just before the lunch time is not sanitary at all, flies were falling on my plate, I'm sure there is a better solution to that problem.The staff at the main buffet area seemed more concerned with clearing tables then serving the guest. I went back to US very disappointed with the overall quality of the hotel ,it was advertised as a 5 star hotel, so you have high expectations and the attention to details wasn't there at all.The beach was beautiful but I wouldn't go back.
