Review 1：It was not the fault of the hotel that the exit Sued was closed in the night, but they were prepared to provide keys for late comers in a box with a code :-) Well organized people, but dont expect fancy luxury.Value
Review 2：The location at ca 15min from highway A45 exit Wetzlar South(Sued) is ideal for many directions, the beltway of Giessen 15 min, but also Frankfurt - East 40min. Easy to findnwith Navi, otherwise difficult! Correct service for a hotel at 45E/single, comfortable breakfast included! Have been 3x there :-)
Review 3：The room was spacious, well heated, plenty of hot water, the bed was comfortable and wifi WORKED! Breakfast was exceptional and the hostess on duty was charming, obliging and had a great sense of humour. A quiet location with a reasonable bus service.
Review 4：This was the worst experience of our two-week trip. Despite my expectations/ Booking.com details, I couldn't get the free wifi, and had no AC - the room was like an oven. When I asked about it, the man (who spoke quite a bit of English) repeatedly blamed me for not understanding that only some rooms had it, and I did not have one of those rooms. Apparently there is a small line at the bottom of the page on their website explaining this, and although he had asked, Booking.com will not change this. It was so far away from anything else that I wondered what might be near. Sounded like a frat party in a nearby room and with the window propped open for air I had their smoke in my supposedly non-smoking room until midnight. No soap, conditioner. The entire place looked old and worn out, but the bright and sunny breakfast room was decorated with kitschy, fun things. Breakfast was minimal and unappealing (canned fruit cocktail and lunch meat?) but the coffee was good.

Review 12：There is not an open reception, you have to ring a doorbell to talk with someone. No soap and shampoo provided in the bathroom; only two glasses and towles. This is unacceptable in a hotel that cost almost 50 euro per night.

Review 14：To tell the truth, I felt rather frustrated, since I cancelled mybookings the first night I arrived and the staff worker claimed that thefee was only for the first night in the hotel, yet they did the oppositeby taking 80 percent from two other nights out there, which in myopinion is a disgrace and not an honourable way to do businness.
