Review 1:We liked everything there
Review 2:Three generations together, with a big smile and esthetic touch to nature and history, show you how to live in happiness with small but most meaningful things in life ... freedom of the heart, delight to the natural food and drinks, balance with nature and your self, love to Life ... I highly recommend the place where old times meet clean modern comfortable details and make you wish live forever ...
Review 3:Our room was rather small, but otherwise it was comfortable.
Review 4:The hotel is situated in the beautiful village Faistenau. Staying there was almost like beeing at home, clean room, kitchen and good breakfast. Free Wi-Fi. Didi, the owner, took good care of us.

Review 9:Everything was perfect. Owner is very nice and friendly person and speaks good english. Room was clean, scenery and view were amazing. Food was great and tasty. We can't wait to come again. Highly recommended for everyone.
Review 10:Sadly this side has more points… Even though in this area this guesthouse has a great value for money (in pre-season), but it had some flaws for us. Our mayor concern was the breakfast. Every bite was portioned per person (100g of cold cuts, two slices of bread and cheese, one hard-boiled egg [if the chicken lays any], no vegetables, and the lack of liquids such as one cup of coffee/tea/juice/milk). There wasn’t a toilet in our room, just a shower. The toilet was across the hall, which wouldn’t be a problem for us, but it had glasses in its door! Either you do your „job” in dark or everyone can see you doing it. Not the most elegant solution if I might say… The owner has a big loving family, with three beautiful kids, but they are staying at home and they are quite load as children used to be. Not recommended if you are looking for a quiet place to stay. There was also an unpleasant surprise. After my friend posted a similar valuation here on Booking.com, she contacted him, expressed her displeasure and threatened him to sue him, if he would not retract his rating. And do not think that we are inexperienced travellers and not saying the truth as we lived it. We have been many places in all around Europe and we can say what IS a good hospitality and catering. I am pretty sorry that I have to post a negative valuation like this…
Review 11:The guesthouse lies in very beautiful scenery. It is an excellent starting point for walking and/or biking tours. It has a great advantage, that Berchtesgaden (and Salzburg) is quite close, about 30 minutes with car. The kitchen is well equipped, free to use and the house itself and the rooms are clean. Wi-fi is free, though unreliable.
Review 12:We would have liked free wireless.
Review 13:Fresh air, horses, nice view, free parking, hearty breakfast. The view from our room window makes all the difference. Guesthouse owner is very friendly and speaks very good English. The house is very clean, our little boy was walking in socks everywhere and they remained immaculate.
Review 14:The owner's three kids are staying at home, they are noisy a bit. Ifyou plan to stay and relax, this place is not for you. The breakfast waspoor, cold cuts and one egg. My bed was old and unconfortable. One roomhad no toilet, we had to use one on the corridor, with a big window onthe door without courtain. You can imagine...
