Review 1：The heating was a little to hight and at times during the night was a little to warm.

Review 4：The rooms were clean and the beds big, but i was impressed by the breakfast. They have a wide variety of food, even smoked salmon and nuttella. The parking is also pretty big.

Review 8：Another great stay at Hotel Ascot. One small point, having stayed at this property previously, Internet is accessed via a code..I called reception to give me this code from my room as it was not given to me a check-in, but advised I would have to present myself at reception. Think more about your service..rather than your process!

Review 11：The Free Wi-Fi provided is terrible. We could never connect to it, despite being very close to the router. Apparently, the router kept failing to give us an IP address. This happened on all our devices, except for one laptop running Windows 7. I complained about it to the staff, but they were clueless, obviously. So, we had to rely on mobile internet. Also, the corridor on the ground floor can be really noisy in the morning and you are sure to be woken up by the first people that go have their breakfast. Finally, the shower in our room really had a problem. Water was leaking from everywhere and this resulted in a large puddle of water on the ground every time someone took a shower. The window in the bathroom also seemed to never close properly.

Review 44：Liquid soap. When I arrived on a Sunday, on check in I told the receptionist that I would check out a day early, after four nights instead of five. On check out I was charged for all five nights including a breakfast I did not eat. In thirty plus years of travel internationally, this was the first time that this had ever happened to me. The hotel would not budge and demanded payment for services not used. last trip there for me.
