Review 1：The place is a bit run down. There are a lot of mosquitoes, which are impossible to keep out of the room because of the gap between the door and the floor. The door also looked very easy to break into although, thankfully, nobody did.

Review 2：This is a very relaxed and friendly place. The common kitchen was one of the draws for us because we like to cook. The other draw was the animals--two donkeys and two dogs. It is tucked out of the way and peaceful. The hot shower was a bonus.

Review 3：Private, clean room. Community kitchen appreciated. The owner was helpful and friendly and spoke great English. The donkeys and dogs were fun and cute. Peaceful and pleasant stay. About a twenty minute walk to the beach.

Review 4：The location was a little hard to find as it's slightly further out from the town. But it's worth it when to find it.

Review 5：The place was so pretty, and very relaxing. You have your own little house for a room. The donkeys are a added bonus. They were adorable.

Review 6：Wi-Fi wasn't available in the room and the location is somewhat distant from the centre of Las Terrenas although it's always possible to get a moto-taxi.

Review 8：Extremely basic room with a bed, a table and washroom. No wi-fi in the rooms, very temperamental hot water, roaches everywhere. An Extremely difficult place to find. I speak Spanish and asked a local for directions about 50 meters from the place and she had no idea where it was.

Review 9：Nice green areas and Paco the donkey & wife and all the dogs -Susi, Ricky, Emma, Cool Guy. Relaxed atmosphere, for adventurous travelers with no expectations. Clientele mostly European backpackers. Communal kitchen, a few birds, insects and frogs.
