Review 1：The AC was not cold at all and the wifi services was very bad in both suit and the room. The staff was not providing any solution, and even they were not nice with their repy or justification for the bad service. Finally, the reservation team has deducted €250 from my credit card one day after my check-out without taking my permission first, and when I contacted them to understand the reason, I knew that they did this to clean the carpet. When i requested the picture I come to know that this was purly colored sant which can be eassly vacuumed as it will not leave any color in the carpet. They insisted that they have to charge and were again not nice in their reply!!!

Review 4：The breakfast buffet was good, we were just dissapointed in the warm buffet. Food was overcooked, preprepared and not up to 5 star standard.

Review 18：We loved our stay there. The rooms were very spacious, new, clean with great view of mountains. Breakfast very generous . Service is excellent. Health club, spa and sauna was incredible. Everything wasuch better than we executed.
