Review 1：The place is really close to the centre (approximately 10 min walking). The room was warm, clean and neat. We liked our stay there! The hotel has its own parking zone.

Review 8：- Hotel is right next to a bar - noise. - Walls are very thin - not a problem for me, but might be a problem if you travel with small children or want a peaceful rest. - Breakfast was too expensive, I didn't even order it. For a price like that you can get a hearthy meal somewhere in the centre.

A big plus - several surfaces where to put your stuff on. You know how it is when you have to put everything on the bed, because there is no other place. - Big, comfortable bed. - Fridge in the room.

Review 15：A bit faraway from city center, at least when walking in rain. Rooms didnot have any air ventilation. Had to open window at night to get somefresh air; now suffering from many mosquito bites with my son.

Review 17：However, with all the mosquito it was difficult to get enough fresh air circulation. Also on Friday evening, there was a party in the next restaurant and the smoke of the smokers came in. The room was limited in size, but fine. The shower head could be cleaned more often. The free Wifi was a bit tricky.

Review 78：- A bit noisy due to the pub and the nightclub in the vicinity. The historical city center is just in 10 min walk, but the hotel itself is located in that part of Tartu which is not the most beautiful and romantic. The view from my window was a kind of industrial landscape. Breakfast is not included in rooms price and will cost u additional EUR 7 per person.
