Reviews for RealRent Aguadulce
Review 1：Difficult to contact staff and was finally advised that the apartment was overbooked. Somehow this was then sorted out on the sameday so after a few hours of panic got into the apartment. No kettle in the kitchen and the bedding and towels were not changed during our stay. Pool only caught the sun between approximately 11am and 3pm.
Review 2：Good size apartment with large terrace and nice views. Air conditioning which worked really well. Good location, close to the beach and with easy free parking. Supermarket not too far away. Nice pool.
Review 3：The staff didn´t speak any English even though real-rent have a web-pagein English.Our long over seas flight arrived in the middle of the night but there was no way Real-rent could arrange keys for us somewhere so we could get into the apartment. We were a group of people and had rented 4 apartments and had children travelling with us and had to wait outside for 6 hours. We where told we would get the keys to the apartment 9 o´clock in the morning but nobody came so we had repeatedly to make some phone calls to ask somebody to come. It was difficult to speak to someone in English who doesn´t understand and and speaks Spanish which I don ´t understand. Finally at 10 o´clock I got keys. Then I was suppose to write my name on some agreement but it was in Spanish and I never put my name on something I don´t understand so that was a problem also. Finally it was agreed that I didn´t have to sign after calling an english speaking employee. But once we were in the apartment everything went smoothly. The sofa bed in the living room needs it´s final rest. Almost impossible to sit in it. The faucet in the kitchen where not in order so the water was pouring in all directions when it was turned on so you got soaking wet and most of the kitchen as well. The key to the outdoor fitted really badly and it took up to 5 minutes to try to open. The communication with Real rent was really, really poor. I wrote two e-mails in English to Real rent and they didn´t answer the first one and the second one they answered in Spanish, just a few words and I assumed by the length of it that they were not answering my question. Then I wrote one more after I left the apartment and surprisingly I got an answer in English. I think the service was not good but once you had the keys and were in the apartment it was really ok and fortunately nothing broke while we were there and we didn´t need their further assistance.
Review 4：Nice apartment, great to have two bathrooms and showers. Good to have arefrigerator. Nice swimming pool. The penthouse apartment had a greatbalcony. Close to the beach, drugstore and a super-market. But despiteto poor service by the staff the apartment was really nice and all inall...I Would rent it again :-)
Review 5：Very bad smell at one of the bathrooms. We called Real Rent but no one came to fix the problem. The staff at Aguadulce didn't speak English.
