Review 1：Parking was in a nearby shopping centre's open air carpark, so not as secure as we would have liked.

Review 2：Staff welcoming, friendly & helpful. Hotel easy to find from motorway.

Review 3：wireless works only in the main building. i was in a separate building and wifi was not working.

Review 4：clean room, good restaurant, excellent personnel. it is located close to REWE and LIDL, so it is good for getting some food for the room.

Review 5：On the fourth floor of a walk up but great exercise each day. We were separated from the main building so had to go outside and walk a block to the resturant. However, weather was great so no big deal.

Review 6：Food was excellent. Within walking distance to a grocery and several good restaurants. Staff fixed coffee each morning for us to take to our room. Very quiet area. Room was comfortable. The best breakfast ever!!

Review 7：Poor room quaility, Poor heating (when we asked for the heating to be looked at we were told that there was nothing wrong with it, my wife had to have an extra duvet to keep warm !) mattresses could have done with being replaced. The hotel worker who came to check the rdiator reeked of cigarettes which lingered in the room which really upset my wife. Breakfast was very basic with no warm meal options, hotel had no facilities etc, the hotel really could have done with a makeover. Was not very happy considering the hotel cost over £100 per night. I will not be using this hotel again !!!! 
