Review 1：The Intermittent wifi that is only available in the public areas was disappointing, especially on the "Ruhetag" day when no one was readily available to reset the router.

Review 2：Friendly staff and good food. They kindly picked me up from the train station as there is little public transportation to this jewel of a hotel in a quaint town on the the Middle Moselle River.

Review 4：Kröv is a charming and quiet alternative to over-crowded and over-priced Bernkastel-Kues. Many cosy "Weinstube" in the village. Hotel restaurant is quite good. Free parking at the Rathaus - just behind the hotel.

Review 6：The restaurant was awesome and the owner very welcoming. We got the package to include the free boat ride which was a value. Loved having a balcony although the view wasn't of the Mosel. Would highly recommend.

Review 7：Really clean place, friendly staff and owners, willing to help and offer advice on the local area, even though after all the snow I was the only guest in the hotel! Hotel has a nice restaurant where I had a tasty lunch the next day, it's just worth checking in low season to see if the hotel restaurant is open in the evening, as they sometimes close this for one day a week (which they were when I arrived.) As this happened in my case, they kindly booked me a table at an excellent restaurant down by the Mosel. Would definitely stay again. :)

Review 8：Beware, If you visit out of season, a lot of things aren't open.Also the ferry services on the Mosel only run from April until October.

Review 9：When we arrived we were greeted in good English, with a smile andcourtesy. We were shown to our rooms which were large, well equipped andvery clean. The hotel is in the middle of Krov, right on the mainstreet, but is very quiet and relaxing. The breakfasts are excellent,and there is plenty of choice of meats and cheeses and breads. Therestaurant is of an extremely high quality and the wine they serve isfirst class. The owners are charming and couteous and spoke very goodEnglish (better than my 12 words of German). The rooms are serviceddaily and are kept very clean. Krov is a lovely village with anexceptional number of wineries and wine makers. I would totallyrecommend the lieblich Dornfelder which has the most wonderful, smooth,fruity taste, or if you like white wine, the Krover NachtarscheHalbtrocken which is just incredible. I just cannot recommend thisvillage, and especially this hotel highly enough. They are bothabsolutely first class,
