The spacious and modern rooms are very quiet and feature a balcony with mountain views, a seating area, a flat-screen satellite TV, a refrigerator, and a bathroom.
Free WiFi is available during the day, and free wired internet access during the night.

Review 1：two rooms in one - perfect for families flexible to allow us to have breakfast on early arrival early check in great recommendation for a pizza out for dinner

Review 6：The breakfast was poor. Worse was that the locks of all our suitcases had been tampered with and pieces of clothing were stolen, worth in excess of 300 Euros. The hotel manager did not take this seriously and we had to spend a lot of time with the hotel, police and travel insurance. Not the way we had hoped to spend our summer holiday.

Review 8：Gorgeous hotel, love it the minute we walked throught the door. In fact we stayed an extra night we loved it so much. Breakfast was beautiful as was the coffee. Marketa was fabulous.

It was easy to find we wereable to park on site,only very limited spaces but public paringavailable across the road.Easy access to the Gotthard and Furkapass.Breakfast was good. It is obviously a winter resort but there wasenough bars/restaurants open to keep us occupied. Would definitely stayhere again. Very swiss feel to the hotel. Lovely duvets and pillowsvery comfy.

Review 46：It was a nice hotel and I would recommend it for a stay in Andermatt.The hotel staff was very nice and friendly. On the day of our departure we could not find a taxi and it was raining so the hotel manager gave a lift to us in his own private car to the railway station.

Review 49：having read some negative reports, i was expecting the worst. i booked it as there was little else, i was pleasantly surprised. Staff were fantastic. location perfect. Negatives; Breakfast was poor, coffee dreadful. Andermatt is on the verge of becoming a very upmarket destination with amazing skiing when the new lift systems come into place in 2 years. already there are some super smart new restaurants(eg Barons, on same street as the Kronen, i had one of the best meals i have had for ages)in place for this change. The Kronen though ok today needs a makeover or it will lose clients.

Review 50：Lack of pool or spa. The floors in our room were very squeaky and we were constantly worried about making too much noise for the patrons below us - especially with young children who were excited and running around in the hotel room.

Review 51：Excellent service from the staff who were very accomodating. Children's play room was a nice surprise although the toys were well used. But of course the kids enjoyed it. The restaurant in the hotel was very good for lunch and dinner.

Review 52：I didn't like the shower; water everywhere. The shower facility is much better in other hotels in Andermatt at same price level. The heater was weak, therefore the room as rather cold.
